Ulasan Shilla Stay Jeju Airport

Menginap: 29-30 November 2024 Saya menikmati masa inap saya di Shilla Stay Jeju selama kunjungan saya. Stafnya ramah dan efisien, sehingga proses check-in menjadi cepat dan lancar. Kamar saya bersih, luas, dan dilengkapi dengan semua fasilitas yang dibutuhkan. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, sehingga saya bisa tidur nyenyak. Salah satu hal yang menarik adalah pengalaman sarapannya. Variasi dan kualitas hidangannya enak dan lezat, dan layanannya sangat baik. Selain itu, lokasi hotelnya strategis, sehingga memudahkan saya menjelajahi tempat wisata dan restoran di dekatnya. Secara keseluruhan, saya menikmati masa inap saya dan akan merekomendasikan Shilla Stay Jeju kepada siapa pun yang berkunjung ke Jeju, Korea Selatan.

Great location, very near airport. 15 minutes car ride. Hotel has free parking for guests. Walking distance to shopping and food.

feeling unwelcome as a tourist. The hotel restaurant had a lively atmosphere—music playing, conversations filling the space—yet, during my meal, a staff member approached me and told me my conversation was “disruptive.” This was puzzling because the tone and volume of my conversation were no different from those at the surrounding tables. It’s one thing to enforce a uniform standard for all guests, but that wasn’t the case here. It felt as though the real issue was not how I was speaking, but the fact that I was speaking in my native language as a foreign visitor. For those who might assume I was simply being too loud or disruptive—let’s be clear: I was engaging no differently than the other diners. If volume or noise levels were truly the concern, why weren’t all guests held to the same standard? Good hospitality is about making all guests feel comfortable, regardless of where they come from. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. If you’re a tourist looking for a welcoming hotel stay or dining atmosphere, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

Convenient around restaurants and shop around . Transportation easy to get and near airport

Great location and clean room. Will be my first choice in my next time trip in Jeju!

The location is perfect and very close to airport. There’s a GS25 downstairs which is so convenient. Besides that, their services are real bad. The reception is not polite at all. And these are few mosquitoes in our room which is so disgusting and annoying.

Extremely convenient location in Jeju City. The glass is not very sound proof, hence it's very easy to hear the traffic noise outside, hence do not recommend for light sleepers (try to ask for higher floors). Lounge / dining area was wonderful, their supper bar meals (we ordered fried chicken and draft beer) is reasonably affordable and delicious.

Great hotel! The location is near to major eateries and shopping, very convenient.
