Great place to stay! The hotel is clean and well kept. Our room was a decent size and clean. The king bed was comfortable but the pillows were no good. They need to invest in new pillows. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of counter space. The shower was big and had great water pressure with hot water. The breakfast buffet was good especially with it being complimentary. There are plenty of parking spots onsite. The front desk staff were friendly. It was easy to get to from the highway. The only issue was the false sense of security. We never felt unsafe during our stay however it would be better if they actually used their “security” measures as they were intended. With all that said we will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

The people and service is great, but someone is burning plastic next door - the stench is terrible even in the middle of the night. You can smell it at the pool and in the room. It is annoying and should be dealt with, to make the stay more pleasant. Stayed there for three days.

stayed for a business trip a few days. the hotel is a little bit tired and in need of repairs. the staff is friendly and helpful. the big nuisance is the hotel clock, ringing a Big Ben every hour, plus some music for five minutes - now it starts at six in the morning with christmas music...time to stay somewhere else.

The room is OK, breakfast is awful, remote control on the TV did not work, attention and recognition of Premier stating was not recognized properly. Location not very good, very busy traffic. Felt secure though. I mean it is not very good and very scare. Gimnasyum but no pool. In Cuernavaca a pool in the hotel is expected.

He ido varias veces a este hotel. En general las habitaciones y el desayuno son aceptables. Sin embargo, si lo que buscan es un hotel business class como normalmente son los hoteles Holiday Inn / Express, busquen otro! Este es un hotel de playa, es como estar en la playa de Caleta de Acapulco, rodeado de infinidad de ninos brincando encima de uno. Las alberca es mediana pero permiten meter inflables sin control y se llena. El jacuzzi, que se supone es para adultos, esta lleno de ninos que entran y salen por lo que el agua es super sucia. Hay un letrero con un reglamento que NADIE respeta. Lastima porque el hotel podria mantener su nivel y el proposito para el que fueron creados.

Atención esmerada, punto. Lugar viejo y sucio, falta mantenimiento, los muebles se están desarmando. Las camas y/o colchones necesitan ser cambiadas, almohadas viejas, en serio necesita el gerente o encargado darse una vuelta por las habitaciones.

aún estoy hospedado en el hotel, es en verdad pésimo que el hotel no tenga la capacidad de atender a sus huéspedes cuando el hotel está en máxima capacidad, el desayuno tuve que esperar 1hr para que se desocuparan meses no había una sola, no había un solo camastro disponible y es que si el hotel tiene 60habs (por decir un número) pues por lo menos pones 60 camastros, aunque deberían de ser 120 pero no aquí tiene n mil habitaciones y tiene 20 camastros osea nunca hay uno disponible. le dije al personal oye ahí están apartando y no hay nadie los puedes quitar? ay si si ahorita lo quito y me quedé observando y nunca lo hizo así que me regresé a mi cuarto a acostarme. así que si habitaciones grandes, bonitas y ya mejor busquen un hotel que te ha capacidades superiores para que todos los huéspedes puedan disfrutar por el dineral que están pagando y no se concreten con respuestas simples como hay ya no tengo más, no hay espacio espere
