I hope something changes regarding the security of foreign nationals for their attitude of reprimanding guests with very rude and artificial language. Language and culture come first. Most security of foreign nationals reprimand as if they want to fight. Please teach them to speak the Malaysian language and Malaysian culture so that we respect their duties as security.

Host will give instructions through WhatsApp. They will wait for you at the lobby to pass the key directly to us. Room is include with 1 parking. Room is spacious and squeaky clean. The scenery is just amazing. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance. Not to forget, Sunway Putra Mall is just a walking distance within 7 minutes from the host place. Satisfied with the service provided by them. Definitely will come again.

I love this place and got nice view from the window.  The sound system from smart tv is very good bass , enjoy listen to song. And also tv is big. I will come again next time and the host is very nice too.

View KLCC and nearby food just surrounding ,u get the parking just free and the room was big

First of all, thank you for the service provided! Appreciate it a lot that you provide me an excellent experience during my stay. The room is big for one person and the price charge is consider cheap from my point of view based on the condition of the room I got and facility it have. Love the unit, will come back stay if still have chance. The room is very bright with enough lighting provide. The room has been decorate beautifully. However, here are some point of view which you need to consider if u want to book this unit: 1. Parking lot I got is at level 9, I’ve turn so many level to reach my parking lot given, because one level they separate to two level. 2. No drinking water or filter water in the room, even have heater you only can have water from paip to boil if u want too. 3. This place at night is quite noisy, maybe is too near main road, you can hear vehicle moving up and down whole night, maybe is because the unit I got it like this only. 4. Need to ready RM150 for deposit.

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The check-in process via WhatsApp was incredibly smooth, making my arrival hassle-free. The room itself was nice and comfortable, but I do think it would be beneficial for the hotel to provide complimentary water bottles and door mats for added convenience. Regarding the pool, it wasn't as attractive as others I’ve seen. I believe this is partly due to its location on the 10th floor, which tends to receive less natural light. However, aside from that, everything else was quite good. The host was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. A deposit of RM 150 is required, which is refunded upon checkout within an hour, provided there are no damages to the room, as per the hotel’s policies. Overall, I enjoyed my time and would recommend the hotel with a few minor suggestions for improvement.

Very strategic location. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy to contact for any questions or assistance. Only cleanliness could be improved. Other than that I am satisfied. Worth the price paid. Will choose this place again if I go to Kuala Lumpur in the future.

there are places that are not so clean like the toilet. washing machine if you can wash it near the soap dispense, please do it. wet toilet floor during check in. everything else is ok. Owner very helpful. Location ok. Car park ok
