Top notch. Had a wonderful stay over the weekend with the family. View from room was out of this world. Staff at hotel were super friendly and nice.

The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong is in ICC building occupy the top floor. Theres mall, bus terminal, and MTR. So convenient. View to victoria harbour is amazing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong was exceptional! The highlight was the warm welcome from Ms. Bobo YIP at Reception and another wonderful lady staff member on the 9th floor. Their proactive engagement with my child made our experience even more special. Thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommended!

Stayed for one night at the end of our trip just to do something a little extra special. Was not let down in any aspect except for our bath plug didn’t work 100% so it was making a constant draining noise and took away the ability to relax. Ozone was exceptional and the best experience in the hotel, which was made extra special by the staff (especially the guest experience manager Adam) and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was the one area of the whole hotel that I felt you could really let your hair down and just be you!!

Super recommended hotel to all of you! Their services is really 10/10 and staffs very very polite and professional :) Natie from Guest service dept she brought us to the room, and do room tour for us! And show us what is good in HK. She is very very professional & always show her smile to us , we will definitely be back again! Thank you and appreciated! And pls visit the indoor swimming pool , u will definitely love it VERY VERY MUCH!

It is an OK experience.  Spent over $1000 NZ dollars for one night is not a worth. A bit disappointed.  Will not go there again.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong was absolutely amazing. The views are truly outstanding and unforgettable. The rooms are luxurious and impeccably clean, while the service is highly professional. The food experience is rich and flavorful, with a wide variety of dishes to savor. Conveniently, the hotel is situated within the same building as major train and transportation lines, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city or reach the airport via a direct route. Additionally, the building houses a high-end shopping mall with a selection of luxury boutiques and good restaurants. If you're seeking an exceptional stay in Hong Kong, I would highly recommend this place—10/10.
