Excellent location, a few minutes walk to paifang jie. Friend front desk staff who tried his best to share about the places of interest in chaozhou. Provided chinese tea and tea set for use in hotel room. Simple n yet tasty breakfast which is provided by a small little eatery at the corner a few shoplots away from hotel it is also next to the city wall where you can go for a nice stroll to the guangji bridge.. Overall good experience!!

The hotel is down a quite back alley at the north of the walled city. This means it's quiet but only 20 minutes walk from the main sites. The rooms are just like the pictures, still fairly new. Check in was super quick and friendly and we even received free Ice Cream and chilled bottled water. In fact, you can get anytime you are staying here. We took up to the roof garden, which has been done really well. Chaozhou is a great city but very busy at the weekend. Come midweek if you can. When we left the boss served us some Chaozhou tea while we waited for the taxi. If we are in Chaozhou we will stop here again.

While the hotel lobby may lack grandeur, they make up with their service...free bottled water in the lobby in addition to the 2 bottles in the room, free tea making, they even helped us to cut the fruits we bough and deliveredt to the rooftop garden where we could enjoy the scenery and made tea ! The breakfast was from the neighboring stall which was simple but awesome local food ! Rooms were super large too !

We have had a fabulous time since arriving at the hotel. We were received by very friendly and helpful receptionists. The room is very clean and is well stuffed with toiletries, the Aircon is cold to my liking but can be adjusted accordingly. The roof terrace is very scenic, however, the views of the Guangjie Bridge is only in partial view. The location is superb, walkable to all the top attractions. The hotel breakfast is at nearby with delicious local dishes. The owner is ever so helpful, her service is above and beyond to cater to my mum. Lastly but not least, we are overall very happy with the service we received from this hotel and will highly recommend anyone looking to look for a 5 star accomodation. Our group, 5 families, enjoyed our stay here. Staff are friendly, helpful. Rooms nicely decorated, modern & functional. Roof top with view & to relax is a plus. Can repeat this stay.

Strategic location, a 5mins walk to the ancient city.

Great clean and modern place, fantastic location walkable to the lake and the gate street. Loved the rooftop, good for photos, watched the bridge light show from there. Nice staff, friendly to us foreigners too. Would stay again!

Great stay at Chaocheng! The friendly staff really made our stay (especially 小张/小许). It's alittle further from the main area (Guangji Bridge etc) but still very walkable. Being near a didi pickup point is a plus

Walking distance to 牌坊街, the main tourist attraction in the area. Great service and lovely staff. Bed is not as comfortable but location is perfect for a 1 night stay.
