A modest traditional B&B that offers a warm welcome.
Worth noting that there is a late arrival time fee of £30 (no idea where this is stipulated, and from what time this applies).

Great little place in a quiet setting a short walk from Vauxhall rail and tube. Spread over several houses on the same street. I enjoyed the hospitality, room was clean and well equipped. You eat breakfast at a large table with all other guests, selection was good and a big bonus was the large bowl of fresh fruit salad. Will be back again!

I liked the owner and the people, breakfast was good, there was a good fish and chips spot nearby. Was in walking distance of a tesco. Rooms were fairly clean, got pretty hot at night though. Overall I would give it an 8/10

Such a wonderful time! David, Kanley, and Oliver made me feel very welcome. Great breakfast, cozy room, clean and comfortable bed, great location access via public transit/walking to the rest of London.

Well what can i say about our hosts........absolutely wonderful. Kanley and David made us feel more like friends than guests lots of laughs and such a warm welcome. Breakfast was cooked exactly as you want it and very gooood. I will definitely be staying here again xxx😁😁😁

I was there for 3 nights- just a quick trip to London.
The directions they gave to get from Heathrow to the property via the Underground were perfect.
Room was clean, breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff were friendly and nice to talk to.

We had a great time at this lovely and cozy home. It's in a really great location and I would definitely stay again. Kanely is so hard working to make sure this lovely home runs like a 5 star hotel.

Easy to find in a residential area close to public transport. Warm welcome, my room was in the basement so some noise from above but not an issue. warm with an opening window. clean, comfy bed, very small bathroom. Tv, fridge with some chargeable drinks, free tea and coffee. Hairdryer safe. Given keys for room and front door on arrival. Full English breakfast cooked to order. Felt very safe as a lone traveller.
