It was a pity that the hotel has fallen from being awarded hotel choice in 2013 to be at this current state, where the place is rundown, black masking tape used to provide a quick fix to the carpet, room assigned did not have a working air conditioner and had to resort in keeping the window ajar for a while and a tower fan which is creaky. Furniture while provides the traditional feel is too stained for comfort. Tiny insects can be seen crawling on the bed and a certain larger bug found crawling on the bed frame. Continental breakfast is all just some toast with slices of chicken breast and cheese and the usual spread. No egg, no vegetables. It should not have a 4-star rating, but a 2-3 star, and the price of more than SGD500 for 2 nights is not considered a value for money stay. An Airbnb would be better than this, and definitely more cost effective. Moreover, the reception isn’t there all the time, and there’s no means of a bell or system to call for the staff for assistance. Room’s telephone isn’t working at all. A real disappointment. I hope the hotel owner does something to the engineering and housekeeping department to fix this hotel.

Worst hotel ever, dirty, runned down, no tea and coffee facicility or working TV. Half of the bulbs I. Room working in corridor smell of mildew, bteackafats on lodes was limited to toast and slice of cheese and salami. Staff unfriendly and not responsive to complaints. Worst experience that guest can have, Fawlty towers would have better standards by far. I BOOKED A SUPERIOR ROOM AND GOT A BASEMENT ROOM WOTH HANTS.

Thankfully, we did not have the displeasure of staying at this establishment, as prior to our booked visit we learnt of the countless complaints made about this Hotel. We tried to cancel our stay and received rudeness or silence from them; we decided that it was better to lose the monies paid, rather than catch something from staying there, even for one night.

Advertised as a 4* hotel … definitely not even a 1. An unaware £50 deposit for room keys … and takes a week plus for it to be returned. Upon arrival no duvet cover, no room lights worked, black mould and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast included a ‘continental’ breakfast which consisted of a tray of ham and cheese

Lovely, well presented room in a nice location. A short walk to the nearest tube station so not too long to get into Central London. Very spacious rooms! A beautiful bathroom and great shower. Breakfast in the morning came free with the room but consisted of pretty much just toast, butter and various cereals. When I first arrived at the hotel there was no one at the front desk for a good 15/20 minutes so I had to just sit and wait to check in and enter my room which wasn’t great! Overall a nice stay for an excellent price!

The location is excellent the rest is absolutely terrible. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. We didn’t even stay the night and went home. The hotel is so run down and dirty I wouldn’t put stray dogs in there. The guy who was manning reception was rude and wouldn’t let us check in until 2pm and spent the whole time on the phone whilst checking us in and demanded a £50 deposit. There was a thick tide mark around the bath and mould around the shower and bathroom taps. Half the lights didn’t work inside the room and up the stairs within the hotel. The handles on most of the furniture was broken as was the tv remote. Carpets were threadbare and dirty. Holes in the wall and ripped wall paper. Horrid.

I don’t have words to describe this place. This isn’t a hotel, this is a pigsty. I never seen nothing like this before. Everthing is false, the photos are not real. I hope that hotel closes soon. They are stealing from the people. And in my opinion booking , tripadvisor are also to balame they allow false publicity and make partnerships with this pigsty. I have nothing more to say. I will erase from my memory that this site exists. DO NOT BOOK HERE! IT'S DISGUSTING!!

The matresses were filthy and had baby bed bugs. The manager admitted to fumigating but the didn’t replace the mattresses. The rooms were dirty the bathrooms were damaged and the carpeting was 30 years old at least. The photos of the hotel are at least as old as the carpeting and a complete misrepresentation of the condition of the hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Reception say deposit will back on 4-5days now still don’t get it back on my card I am check out on 7September2022 Now 13 September2022 don’t have any money back on my card

They are liar the photo is not the same in reality baddd experiance

The hotel room looked nothing like what was promised in the photgraphs. The carpet was dirty and was not vacuumed. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the corner. The fabric headboard was stained. The bathroom hot water tap did not work, The paint was peeling off the wooden bathroom enclosure. The curtains had come off the track and was not able to open and close properly. The whole experience was a disaster. Do not waste your money coming here.

Es war der Absolute Horror in diesem Hotel. Mit Worten kaum zu Beschreiben. Dreck, Dreck, Dreck. Eine Müllkippe ist Wohnlicher. Wir haben unser Zimmer eigenständig Gesäubert damit wir es einigermaßen sauber hatten. Das Frühstück ist zum Kotzen und wenn man nicht gleich um 08.00 Uhr da ist war es das auch. Kaum etwas zum Essen da und alles sofort weg. Leute die später kommen bekommen nichts mehr. Überall Schimmel in den Zimmern und Muffiger Geruch. Der Betreiber müsste sich in Grund und Boden schämen. Das so ein Hotel überhaupt noch im Internet auf verschiedenen Buchungsplattformen angeboten wird müsste Verboten werden. Dazu die soooo unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter. Die juckt das alles überhaupt nicht. Bitte geht nicht in dieses Hotel. Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort vom 01.05.2024 bis zum 05.05.2024. Meine Frau ekelt sich jetzt noch zu Hause.

¡¡¡HOTEL HORRIBLE!!! ¡¡Por favor, por favor, no reservéis aquí!! Lo agradeceréis. Limpieza deficiente, desayuno de risa (el peor que he visto en mi vida y aseguro que no son pocos) donde a pesar de tener el desayuno incluido 3 días, no hicimos uso en 2 de ellos. Caldera estropeada el 1r día, recepcionista desagradable y antipático. Solo nos hicieron la habitación la 1a noche porqué supuestamente debes marcar en el check in que deseas que te hagan la habitación (¡¡increíble!!) y no nos lo dijeron. Habitación con 2 camas juntas en vez de 1 grande. Ventanas que dejaban entrar el frío. Mantenimiento pésimo: paredes desconchadas, las cortinas más sucias que he podio ver jamás, la piña de la ducha lanzaba una irrisoria cantidad de agua, moqueta sucia. Depósito de 50£ al entrar que aún esperamos. PD: Maybe, el peor hotel de London
