I love the location easy to get to everything the rooms are beautiful and modern differently stay again

What a truly shocking experience we had at The Wesley Camden Town. We came down to London for one night to watch the football and decided to stay at this hotel due to its location in the heart of Camden Town. The closest tube is actually Mornington Crescent but its in a good spot in a little Greek district with Belushi's sports bar pretty much opposite. The building is grand and we expected a great little night away. What the website doesn't tell you is that this property is a converted (and still operating) community church. Now there's nothing wrong with that (would have been nice to have known) but the common areas still look like a community church with very basic corridors and a lift that has the floor numbers stuck to the buttons on badly cut out laminated paper. Not a great start. The room we stayed in was tiny and looked a bit dusty but as we were in London for the football, we ditched the bags and headed straight out to the game and then for a meal and some drinks. When we got back to the hotel, what was clear was just how dirty the room was (there as makeup on one of the towels, what looked like a ***** hair on the toilet seat and bits in the bed). The corners of the room and bathroom had collections of debris and the place was generally dusty. The shower head wouldn't stand up on its own and had to be balanced in place at an unhelpful angle (or held!) to use it. A plug socket came out of the wall when I unplugged my phone charger....the bed moves when you move....I could go on. We were shattered and we thought lets just get some sleep and head off in the morning. But what we discovered was that by far the biggest issue was the lack of sleep we had due to what I can only assume was the dust in the room/building. Both our eyes and noses were watering all night, it was really uncomfortable and we had such a bad night we left before 7am. Not what we intended on a cheeky night away. We made a compliant to the desk who really wasn't interested. He said that management "wasn't available" and the only course of action as we had booked through a third party was to complain to them and they would then escalate to management. We did this and the hotel denied that we complained (we had), asked for proof (we already showed the disinterested guy at the desk) and offered a refund of £16 for a sub standard room that cost £186! We challenged this but they held firm - hence this review. So - beware when booking The Wesley Camden Town. Its a brand I will be steering well clear of in the future and I suggest that you do too.

非常滿意！推薦！住着很舒服的小而美的酒店😄👍淋浴間寬敞，洗澡很爽。那兩晚真是好好休息了！如果房間裏的茶包用光了，樓下有包括巧克力粉等等自取。周邊配套齊全，交通便利，走走就到倫敦動物園了。往南到國王十字車站也不遠。

非常不錯 地理位置很好 距離地鐵站5分鐘 周邊有很多飯店，還有一家中國超市。而且酒店前台服務非常好，客房服務人員也是。房間不大但乾淨時尚，很不錯。 就是不能開窗有點難受。

地方很小，不能同時打開兩個行季，離一個車站算近，付近有超市便利店 ，也有很多酒吧，周末可能比較雜，要小心注意一點

Lovely modern room, a bit compact but that's all I needed. Bathroom was modern and super clean with a big shower and lovely toiletries

A very good, modern, brand new hotel. Lovely staff and I had a quiet room on the first floor. Very clean and tidy. Superb quality tea/coffee amenities (they even had hot chocolate!) and same for the complimentary bathroom items. The only minor thing I'd mention was that the basin tap was loose in the sink which should have been picked up and fixed, but this is the only negative thing. Overall great value as well, highly recommend and please keep it up!

The area is delightful, imbued with rich culture from the moment you step outside the hotel door. It's excellent for sightseeing, shopping, and culinary walks. However, I personally wouldn't recommend it for children. The room is incredibly compact, bordering on claustrophobic. Despite expecting a small space, it was even tinier than anticipated, making relaxation difficult for anything beyond sleeping. The air conditioning malfunctioned, making it uncomfortably cold, and the lack of windows exacerbated the issue. The room lacks storage space and a table, forcing me to eat on the floor alongside my snacks, water, and bags, all crammed into this limited space. Although this setup was not ideal for me, I managed to make it through one night.

Could comfortable hotel, staff friendly and helpful. The one downside was for the price of the room I thought it was basic, Shelves each side of bed ( not bedside cabinets) No where to put luggage. Minor points but worth noting about hotel of this calibre & price.

A very well located property, well-served by public transport, (bus or tube to Kings Cross and Euston) just off Camden High Street. It is clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. A variety of restaurants cafes and bars are all within 5 minutes walk.

Great place to stay if you are going to a gig in Camden. Super clean, friendly hotel with very comfy beds and great free coffee in reception.
