By far the best hotel in Sydney, staff was incredible, the room was very clean and provide us dyson straightener and hair dryer. Also great location No noise at night and we got a city view

we enjoyed our stay. some improvements would make the experience so much better. the shower soaking the toilet area is very annoying. the rooms are small which is accepted, but the layout does not make them most of the space available. the hanging space should be halved and extra shelves installed. there is excessive seating which could also be turned into storage. the storage areas do not need doors on them, just leave them open but it would make the room so much more practical.

Right next to Pyrmont Bridge, making easy access to both sides of Darling Harbour. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, modern layout and decor. Compact room which is suitable for a few nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk to the light rail station.

Great hotel in the centre of Darling Harbor. The room is a bit small size though. Service and cleanliness are great
