Premier Inn London Blackfriars

酒店地理位置非常好，出門5分鐘就可以到地鐵和黑衣修士火車站，餐食，房間也都很令人滿意，唯一不足就時酒店的網絡，WiFi非常慢，而且要不停地連線，後來花了5鎊升級了24小時WIFI，居然還是不停的掉線，一不注意就發現自己手機又在花4G 流量，要不停地連，非常奔潰。這一點有待改進。

房間好，在市中心

We stayed here and took the £29.99 meal and breakfast deal. Squid starter not bad, albeit a bit greasy and served with a basic mayo. Fish and chips were standard. The breakfast was inedible, the food stank of rancid oil. When I took a bite of the black pudding it was like a sponge soaked in the above mentioned rancid oil. I almost threw up. This is by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten at a Premier Inn and I stay in the all the time for business whilst working away. I left most of the food on the plate. The coffee was undrinkable also.

Was perfect for the Blackfriars underground just round the corner and exploring London. Good Breakfast, friendly staff.

Really great location. Loved the breakfast although suggest go before 8 as it gets busy around 9 onwards. Blackfriars station 5 minute walk. The hotel and room are quite modern and efficient. The one complaint is the single bed in the triple room. It is not an actual bed..more of a made up pullout. I am not sure why Premier Inn does not offer a room with two actual single or queen beds for travelling couples who are not actually a couple!? I slept on this pullout and its not that comfortable..more for a child. Other than that a pretty decent hotel in a great location.

I was in London ahead of my colleague. I'd had a long day of meetings and site visits and was looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing in my room for an hour, ahead of my colleague's arrival. The reception staff wouldn't allow me to check in to my room because the card that was paying for both our rooms was with my colleague (he was on his way on a train and due to arrive an hour later). The hotel had all our details and I found that pretty bad customer service not to allow me to check into my room. I asked if I could at least, get a drink and put it on the room bill (as we were staying for business and so we would be paying on the business credit card). I was told I couldn't do that either. I wasn't even offered a drink as an inconvenience for not allowing me to check-in. Once my colleague arrived, we checked into our rooms. I was given room 10, which looked like an accessible room (I didn't book this type of room). The sink was so low it only came up to my mid-thigh, this wasn't suitable for me as I have a bad back and didn't want to stoop over the sink to use it. The hanging rail was so low that when I hung my dress up it crumpled up at the bottom, I couldn't understand why there wasn't a higher rail too, so that the room was also suitable for a person not requiring everything to be at a low height. I went to reception to ask if I could be moved to a non-accessible room. I was kept waiting a long time and quite a few people were waiting, because it didn't seem as if there were enough staff working, and those that were, were stretched across making drinks, waiting in the restaurant and covering reception. I was told the hotel was fully booked and that if they moved me to another room, that would mean someone else would have to have my room. I explained that I didn't book an accessible room and that it wasn't suitable for me. The lady I spoke to moved me to room 15. Unfortunately, room 15's only improvement was that the hanging rail wasn't low, this room still had a very low sink, and no window to speak of. Oddly if it was an accessible room I couldn't see how someone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues could shower, because the room had a regular bath. I didn't ask to be moved again, I'd waited so long at the desk previously, and we needed to head out to dinner. I decided to have a shower before bed, the shower screeched continually, I tried the tap in a different place but it made no difference. Not a relaxing before-bed shower.

Spent a brilliant Bank Holiday weekend close to St Paul's Cathedral. Received a very friendly, warm welcome from staff and service was excellent. Dinner /cooked breakfast meal deal (with drink) very good value for money and tasty! Slept in a well appointed quiet room and enjoyed sitting in the plush sofas/armchairs in the evening with a drink from the bar. Left luggage service very useful on last dsy too. Will definitely stay there again.

We stay at the Premier Inn Blackfriars as we needed something that was well-priced and located. This did not disappoint! It was so convenient with all the transport links nearby, plus plenty of places to eat and grab a drink. You'd think in the centre of London it would be noisy too but it was very quiet. The room was incredibly clean - not one complaint there. But I do wish the air con worked a bit better, especially with is being the warmest day of the year, but thankfully it wasn't too much of a problem with the room not terribly warm. We'd definitely stay here again, and I'd recommend it to anyone needing something central and convenient.

Totally adequate for what it was. Bed wasn't comfortable and Wifi was lacking, but for the location and price that's totally fine.
