Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Easy to go around. Good window view. Everything is great except no fridge. It stops me from booking it for a long stay.

Loved the food and the service. 5 star to the reception staff so exceptional 👏 👌

該酒店服務很差，房間走廊都有異味，很少有服務人員出現。 希望中國遊客不要住這家酒店。攜程也應該對境外酒店設立評分管理機制。 不是什麼酒店都可以在網上賣的

酒店距離Ealing Boardway 地鐵站約8分鐘步程，屬於這區的中心，但不像Zone 1 / 2那麼多人多車，附近很多高評分餐廳，亦有多間大小超市，生活便利性很高。酒店在2018年開業，所以感覺很新，而且房間尺寸比近倫敦中心的那些酒店大很多，再來倫敦也會考慮這住這區。

快適に滞在できました。朝食も美味しかったです。 ただ、新しいタオルを用意されてないことが何回かあり、少し残念でした。

another great overnight stay ay hotel Xanadu. One of my favourite Hotels in Ealing , the rooms are clean, well presented and quite, the showers are powerful, the beds are comfy the staff are friendly and efficient all good

Nice, clean, spacious room. Good amenities nearby. Not far to walk to Ealing Broadway station.

My second stay here no complaints. Nice staff nice breakfast and good location for tube into city.

very comfortable stay in Xanadu, quite, powerful shower, complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits , water , pleasant and happy staff, nice little bar area for a glass of very acceptable house red, very enjoyable bolt hole
