The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean.

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Good nad comfort stay

An international brand hotel with relatively simple services. There is a Japanese fusion restaurant and a bar, and room service. The surrounding environment and travel are not very convenient for friends who are visiting India for the first time. There is a rooftop swimming pool and gym facilities are old

Facilities: 5-star hotel standard configuration; Hygiene: The room is cleaned on time every day and is very clean; Environment: Convenient to travel, the sea view from the top floor is very good, very quiet Service: Very enthusiastic, because there are children, doormen, front desk staff, restaurant service staff, service members with glasses on the roof, restaurant chefs, and lobby managers, all of whom take good care of us. They will take care of us no matter where the children go. They take good care of the children and are very enthusiastic. I am very grateful for the warm service provided by the hotel. Not meant for business travel. Rooms are very small and overpriced. No free upgrades will be provided, instead the push will be to get a paid upgrade. Basic things like a cupboard and a working desk are missing in rooms. I would not recommend the hotel even for family use.

The staff of this property is pathetic The rooms are so bad and the managers of this property are least bothered to service their guests. They do not belong to Hyatt and they refuse to accept the offerings by world of hyatt and hyadd dining club

Xcellent stay, nice location near to beach, superb staff service, clean rooms and washrooms, nice breakfast. From check in to check out everything was smooth. The staff is polite and helpful. The way to pool is up through one climb of stairs. Keep it up
