Ulasan Changbai Mountain Songguo Huaneng Hotel

The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful in booking a ticket for Changbaishan Mountain. I highly recommend staying in this hotel. The room is suitable for a family ( 4 persons).

If you are traveling during winter, it's a lovely place to stay, it's like a condo rent out of that sort, during the snow season does look like a santa town, a small village with decor surrounded with lights, very christmasy. Big apartment, we booked 2 bedrooms room type, heat, hot water etc all equipped. Cleanliness is great the first day, sloppy afterwards, stains on floors from day 2 til the day we left. We stayed for 5 nights. Service wise still quite good, 阳阳 is very responsive, 5 stars for her. But it's noisy every morning, there were 3 morning straight I got woken up by the noises at like 6am, other guests or staffs loud chats, banging sounds, furnitures moving around etc.... usually from 6-8 am. Breakfast is horrible though 😆 Overall, it's still a good option.

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all. 这家酒店有宽敞的服务式公寓，房间很大，很干净，酒店工作人员很乐于助人。 距离长白山火车站 10 分钟车程。 我遇到的问题：旅游旺季期间，城市出租车严重短缺，有一天我甚至不得不在零下 15 度的气温下步行 3.3 公里才能到达市中心，滴滴和 T3 服务在这里可以使用，但出租车等待时间通常为 40 分钟到 1 小时。 作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。 住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

We were given a new apartment so it was relatively clean, although a bit dusty as it was not used for a long time. Nice quaint neighbourhood, cute cats. Housekeeping is non existent, the cleaners do not do anything other than clearing rubbish. Breakfast quality is poor, food is cold and always runs out of food. Be ready to get woken up by construction at 6am every morning. Kitchen did not work when we stayed, thus we had to go through the trouble of walking to the restaurant to heat up food. The resort is not in the main area of 二道白河镇. We had to walk at least 10 mins to the nearest restaurants.

設施：設施説實話就比較一般，主要是房間沒有暖氣，還好那天晚上零下幾度不算太冷，衹能開着客廳的空調暖氣，然後廁所的熱水應該是存儲式的，我是第二洗澡的，洗到一半開始水就不熱的，而且最好放上一張浴室防滑墊 衞生：衞生環境還是可以的，而且才住了一晚不好評價 環境：整體環境是個小區，就是民宿，環境還挺好，就是打車不方便，出租車師傅説這邊屬於外環，所以打車很難，要打電話到出租車中心，而且不一定有車，衹能打T3，而且還要加錢才有車 服務：服務很好很熱情，還送了小孩小禮物，晚上11點還幫忙送枕頭過來

設施：設施齊全，電視、冰箱、洗衣機、飲水機一應俱全 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：室外還有小院可以休閑 服務：陽陽服務熱情有耐心，有問必答，推薦的周邊遊玩景點和美食也很到位。

服務很好還準備了小禮物 也特別貼心 早上還準備了早餐，小區環境也很好，我對房間的衞生是挺在乎的但是這個酒店打掃的蠻乾淨的！周圍也很安靜，幾百米就能吃到網上推薦的美食，距離也挺好自駕非常棒，入住體驗很好

陽陽服務熱情友好，環境優雅，設施齊全，酒店還有自助早餐可以吃，很不錯，下次有機會還來玩的話，還繼續訂這家

房間佈置挺有特色的，住店還送了大泉河漂流，就是打車稍微不太方便，管家陽陽服務熱情周到，前台小哥哥推薦的烤肉店味道很不錯。

很滿意 在小區公寓，衞生很乾凈，被子也蠻舒服的，陽陽小姐姐特好，入住第一天就送了伴手禮，今天想去下公園在回來收集行李退房，估計會超出退房時間，小姐姐也爽快應允了，下次有機會來的話 還來這裏住。

房間乾淨，陽陽服務熱情友好，每次從外面回來進到房間都有回家的感覺，寵物友好，大讚！
