My experience at Home Inn Plus Kunshan was quite pleasant. The bed in my room was exceptionally soft and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The overall ambience of the hotel was clean and welcoming, with well-maintained facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly. Additionally, the hotel's modern decor and thoughtful amenities added to the enjoyable stay. Overall, it was a great place to relax and unwind.

I started at this hotel for a little over a month. I loved staying here as it was really nice for the price and the staff was very friendly. Also there’s a restaurant across the street called Tony’s that I recommend checking out as well when you stay!

喜歡這裏的風格，精緻而不失高雅。入住當天因為恰逢春節，加上對周圍環境不熟，所以想吃頓簡單午餐都有難度。幸虧在大堂遇見酒店負責人石女士，她非常詳細地給我們指引，並帶領我們去找，最後品嚐到了一碗美味的米線。前台員工的服務也讓人十分滿意，婷婷的微笑服務，讓我們感到無比温馨。憨態可掬的機器人服務讓我女兒覺得很開心。下次還會選擇這家酒店。

服務很棒，衞生條件很好，房間很安靜，很舒服，退房的時候還有小禮物，絕對值得住的酒店！
