2nd back to Yogyakarta and always stay at this hotel.. For sure will stay here again once back to Yogya again

Very ordinary service... Cleanliness was very dirty, the bathroom was full of moss when I checked in yesterday... The floor is still dirty, lots of hair and water drip marks.. There's no bath soap.. Won't come here again.. And it turns out the entrance is narrow... At night the fence/portal is closed...

In the picture there was a kettle when it arrived, there was nothing there, only the TV and even the usual TV, not Netflix. The towels smelled like mamel (not yet dry) so the smell wasn't good :( the mattress was soft but it was too soft and it had fallen down. Hopefully you'll pay attention again. Apart from that all that's good, thank you for accompanying us on our holiday.
