Room was just OK, although cold as the Hotel heating was turned off, so had to complain. Also, they debited us £100.00 as a "security bond" and upon check in promised to refund the sum as we checked out. They failed to do that. Apparently the refund process takes "a few dsys". Rather disingenuous wouldn't you say.
We won't stay there again.

A stylish boutique hotel. Good size bedrooms. Only downside was the noise. There was a bottle bank outside our room which was used regularly until the early hours. Also street noise. Otherwise lovely hotel good location for Albert Docks and restaurants etc

We were having a night in Liverpool and this hotel caught our eye because it was a good price for a suite. Not disappointed. Room was large with a huge very comfy bed. Lovely bathroom with bath . Bathrobes supplied. Would recommend and will stay again . Staff were extremely friendly . Forgot to say it’s very central

I was surprised that the hotel did not have AC in the rooms However, we were there when the weather was cool and the room was comfortable. The large fan also kept the air moving.

I stayed in the Grand Suite. The bathroom sink was a let down as not a nice big one like in the pictures. It was a standard small sink, so you’d expect all the nice touches for a £400 room for two nights. Bath filled with shower water and glass panel leaked on to the floor. Again not things you’d expect to come across for a Suite. Charged late check out of £25 for 10 mins, due to not being able to find my back card, staff stood at the door whilst we checked room and staff didn’t even discuss this with me on the day.

The hotel is a bit tired. Think Chelsea Hotel without the history and celebrity. Carpet fresh aromas in excess, no tissues allowed, not heat control (open the window if it's too warm) all are a bit surprising.
That said, the location is fabulous if you are a person who likes to party or wants to be in the thick of the club and weekend restaurant scene.
Staff was friendly, for sure.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the city centre, great location and gorgeous bedrooms. All staff who were working during our stay were fantastic, rose petals and Prosecco to mark our anniversary was a lovely touch. Highly recommend.
