Brilliant hotel. clean. quiet. perfect location. better than a travelodge for the same kinda money. Would stay again.

This is the best hotel that i ever been. The staff are very frindly.

Overall we found the hotel quite and walking distance from the train station. It was close to the Galleries and the docs and local for food and drink overall it was a very lovely experience. Would stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised about this hotel, I read some of the reviews and was little unsure. We booked for one night, guy on reception desk was very welcoming and helpful. We went to our room and it was good size and clean. Bed was comfy and shower nice and powerful. Only issue with room is that window doesn't open and have to rely on AC to cool room. Location is excellent, handy for shops, bars and restaurants. Anyone who wants breakfast, go to Wetherspoons across the road. Happy with our stay, and would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, excellent location close to the shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the docks. Parking and train station close by. Staff were very accommodating when we arrived early Room was clean and provided tea, coffee and toiletries. Had 2 massive beds.

Great location rooms were clean but in need of a paint job  Bed was comfortable staff friendly cheap and  cheerful hotel

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Heaton concept hotel From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet and the peaceful atmosphere of the spa area. Every part of my stay exceeded expectations, and I would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

I particularly appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary tea and coffee and the city view from my window. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.

Good location, large clean room. Plenty of tea and coffee. Wetherspoons opposite for breakfast.

Quick checkin, Great location. The checkout of 11am is a little early but wasnt a problem

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SURPRISED BY SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE. VERY NOT NICE. YOU CAN'T OPEN THE WINDOW, THE AIR CONDITIONING DOESN'T WORK, IT'S A BLAST NEVER AGAIN, they could have informed you that this was the case, you couldn't stand it!!!!

We arrived early and just wanted to drop of our bags but the lovely young receptionist said our room was ready so we could check in immediately. The room was a good size , comfortable bed, small bathroom but a really good shower . Very good location just across the road from Albert docks. Only gripe was the lifts , one was out of use and the other remaining one was so slooooow.
