Is a great place to stay . Room is nice and service is good . Location is not too far away from shopping area .

Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Nothing too much bother for anyone. Our room fridge didn't work and we were offered to keep any items in the general fridge in Reception. Lovely hotel and quiet. Could hear some train noise which is to be expected located next door to Lime Street. Ideal location to explore Liverpool and Luggage Service was a bonus. Would stay here again.

Location is great it is practically in the station and has a good selection of food and drinks in the onsite restaurant

We had a lovely stay. We were greeted at the door and our check in was completed by the staff member for us. We were able to access our room immediately which was very helpful. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. We both enjoyed our scrumptious breakfast. Would definitely return, and recommend it to others.

Top hotel has classic style and modern service. All staff are very kind and professional.

Staff friendly and efficient. Room was clean and tidy. Great view out to Main Street and Christmas Market. Excellent location right next to Liverpool Lime St station. Had a late lunch at their restaurant after 2 pm as room was not ready till 3 pm. We were told lunch menu no longer available and had to order from the dinner menu which actually says “from 5 pm”. Food quality and service were both good but choices even for the dinner menu are very limited.

第二次入住Liverpool Raddison Red，這一次一開始感受就很不好 👎🏻 因為帶着孩子和三個大行李箱，前台意大利小妹還給了我們5樓最遠，還要穿過4道防火門的房間，拖着箱子幾乎要崩潰… 憤然下樓找前台小妹要求換房間，小妹假裝英語不好，一直説沒合適的房間，前後耽誤了我們一個多小時….. 雖然最後換了4樓衹需要過一道防火門的最遠的一間房… 連小朋友都看出來前台小妹明顯在裝傻充愣了，絕對差評

下次如果再來利物浦，我不會訂這家酒店了。早餐簡單，沒有gym，房間也有些破舊了。有些渴想多要兩瓶水，結果前台説請自己下樓後面，呵呵。大家可以多走幾步或者叫個taxi選擇別的酒店，不必貪圖火車站面前住宿。

利物浦的酒店價格比倫敦便宜很多，這家雷迪森非常新，隔壁就是利物浦火車站所以交通非常便利。我們抵達之時才早上七點多無法入住，前台帥哥為我們推薦了一家ins高分的手工烘焙店，在阿爾伯特碼頭旁邊，真的非常棒。酒店的建築很老那些大理柱非常美，但是進行了全新裝修，新舊設計的和諧處處體現了Red主題，大堂非常漂亮。我們訂的基礎款大床房間是比較小的，不過因為白天基本上都在外面玩，所以還是可以接受的，但是如果親子就不太適合了。

Gran hotel situado junto a la estación de Lime Street. Las instalaciones son excelentes y el personal maravilloso, además, está muy bien comunicado con todos los medios de transporte público de la ciudad.

位置很好，就在liverpool station隔壁，火車出行非常方便。對面就是博物館，周邊環境都很好。酒店管理業務很不錯，出入樓層必須刷卡。酒店整體裝修風格很時尚，房間和大堂都是名畫賞析，房間也很乾凈整潔。唯一小遺憾就是馬桶太老式了，沖水聲音超大
