Lokasi bagus untuk semuanya Liverpool! Sarapan yang fantastis dan kolam besar juga.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel, especially as my family and I were unfortunately left in the city after we missed our last train. The staff were very accommodating, and we were given a free upgrade to the executive suite after a mishap and explaining our situation. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, very well ventilated, and clean. The towels were extra soft, and there was more than enough to accommodate my family. We received cosy dressing gowns and slippers. We had extra pillows in the bed, and it was extremely comfortable. The bathroom amenities were divine, too. The shower room was a great design with very good lighting. The location was perfect, under a 10 min walk from Liverpool Lime St rail station.

The service is good and the staffs are nice and helpful. The location is really convenient to go to some famous places and take buses to somewhere. I will choice this hotel again if I will go to Liverpool next time.

Good and in the central of Liverpool for food and shopping . The hotel has no parking but can get a code for parking next door at Q Parks .

Disappointing hotel stay at Novotel City centre! The staff's unfriendly attitude and subpar service left much to be desired. Sadly, it didn't justify the hefty price tag. To top it off, the room offered nothing but a dreary view of a blank wall. Would not recommend.

Good hotel good location close to everything which was good with having kids with you everything was with in walking distance the only thing was you couldn't use cash in the hotel

Great location and ideally placed if you're using the bus and coach station. Within fifteen minutes of the Cavern Club, Lime street station etc. Key card operated lifts provides a certain amount of security. Small but comfortable rooms. Breakfast available but not included as standard unlike in some other Novotel hotels. Staff were happy for us to leave luggage there after checking out. Would definitely use aga as it's really central and clean.
