Great location, just a few minutes walk to Liverpool One and Albert Dock.

Lovely hotel gorgeous food at ropewalks.Swimming pool nice and clean.Only downside was our rooms view was of a scaffolding multistorey carpark 😢😢

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel, especially as my family and I were unfortunately left in the city after we missed our last train. The staff were very accommodating, and we were given a free upgrade to the executive suite after a mishap and explaining our situation. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, very well ventilated, and clean. The towels were extra soft, and there was more than enough to accommodate my family. We received cosy dressing gowns and slippers. We had extra pillows in the bed, and it was extremely comfortable. The bathroom amenities were divine, too. The shower room was a great design with very good lighting. The location was perfect, under a 10 min walk from Liverpool Lime St rail station.

The service is good and the staffs are nice and helpful. The location is really convenient to go to some famous places and take buses to somewhere. I will choice this hotel again if I will go to Liverpool next time.

Okay stay. Room was tired and run down in places. Room was very warm, no aircon, and too much outside noise for windows to be open so room was too warm to sleep. Parking expensive £25 for 24 hours, there’s was a discount code in the lobby but couldn’t use it on departure which was annoying. Good breakfast. Swimming pool was freezing.

Excellent location, parking right beside it Liverpool one 3 minutes walk, lots of pubs and restaurants close by.

Had to book a 1/2 time slot to use pool. No play area for kids which was advertised on Web. Lack of staff which reflected low customer service. Great breakfast variety but lack of plates, bowls and glasses. Great location

Good and in the central of Liverpool for food and shopping . The hotel has no parking but can get a code for parking next door at Q Parks .

I stayed there when attending conference. Good experience.
