As Lisbon has become a major tourist destination of the past decade , it’s nice to know that a hotel like Nicola still maintains an affordable price with quality service. The location is unbeatable and the staff was super responsive and professional. Our room was perfectly comfortable and for the price we paid, we could not have imagined a better deal in this amazing European capital!

This is a beautiful hotel, located in the heart of downtown Lisbon right next to the stunning Rossio Square, within walking distance to public transportation, shopping & old town area. The hotel is clean & well managed. Staff members are friendly. The only disappointment is the breakfast it provides. It appears that the restaurant is primarily for lunch & dinner business. The breakfast food appeared to be all packaged food ~ not fresh. The area for breakfast is cold with wind coming through the gap of the closed glass doors.

From our first welcome to our departure, all staff were friendly, happy and really helpful. Had a couple of restaurant recommendations that were superb. Welcome glass of port and Pastel de Nata, always a good start.

Came to Lisbon to see The 1975 and extended our stay. The hotel is in a great central location of the old town, offers great value and is very clean and tidy. The complimentary glass of port and Portuguese tart were a treat.

Fantastic staff, we were welcomed with port wine and pastries and the girl who checked us in gave us recommendations to a nice restaurant and helped us with booking a guided tour to Sintra and Cascais. The best service! Really nice room and breakfast! Excellent!

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with incredibly helpful and welcoming staff who made nothing seem like too much of a problem.
Great location right in the heart of the city and so close to public transport. The flip side to that is it does mean there was a bit of noise from local bars until about midnight on the weekends so might not be perfect for everyone but personally it wasn't a major issue
