The reception is helpful as help me to arrange the same room even I book separately . Location is good

The room is reasonably clean. But the remote control of the air conditioner was out of order. We needed to turn on the air conditioner by ourselves. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were out of stock. We needed to buy them ourselves. The bed was very big.

This was a great hotel. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Great hotel overall - great location, great room size, loved the free water, bathrobe and slippers too which is fairly rare in Europe.

Good location near Lisboa sightseeing and metro station.

Paid USD1,052 for 7D6N and can’t sleep. No sound proof, big gap can be seen under main door, long crack in washing basin, dirty floors with obvious dust clouds, elevator was out of order on my day of arrival and the same day I left!!! Young people carry their luggage downstairs but I stay on the 8/f, OMG. You can hear exactly when people next door back to the rooms, and talk continuously till 12am. Broken fridge door cover with dirty stains. Construction site outside my window, also machine noise from other roofs all day long when open windows, these should be mentioned in hotel website as UK hotels did, it is unfair with inadequate information provided for customers.

We had a great stay! Perfect location, close to public transport. Very friendly staff. Nice room for a city trip. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is newly renovated, has a parking lot, and the service is warm and thoughtful. It is next to the square and park subway station, and it is convenient for eating. It should be noted that the garage entrance is on the other side of the road, which is very difficult to find and requires a separate navigation. The garage is small and safe, and you need good driving skills to get in.

The hotel is very good, clean, delicious breakfasts, strategic location - next to two metro stations, one of which is located on the line leading to the airport, the historical city center is a 20-30 minute walk away, and only 5 minutes by metro.
