No staff are onsite overnight and someone got trapped in the elevator at 2:30am. The whole hotel was awake for over an hour with all the noise. The fire dept eventually came but by then other guests got him out. The hotel is on a loud and bright-all-night corner and they charge for everything. I recommend booking elsewhere.

Incredible property, best value for money I have ever experience in Europe. We were so disappointed by our subsequent accommodation, that we left that place and came back to Teatro to stay again. It was so worth it.

The room was next to a noisy lift. The heating was set to 37C. The water from the shower was rusty brown making the shower unusable.

We enjoyed a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was a challenge. Slow draining sink, glass door and mirrors.
Everything looked very clean except for a lone cockroach, but he was clean as well and was released outside.
An elevator is present which is nice, but it is tiny and slow.
We were upgraded to a better room which we appreciate and overall staff members were friendly.
We stayed for 2 nights and it was a good location for our needs.

TV didnt work, minibarfridge didnt work, the theatrical theme in the room was just unnecessary. Would be a nice hotel if they removed all the "glamour" wallpapers and deco stuff.
But very nice location and nice rooms with a cozy view down to a restaurant plaza.
