The room is clean, and the shower is working in order. The breakfast at 9€ is value for money. Wish that the access to hot drinking water could be available at every room level. The screening of Live soccer games at the lounge is readily available. Nice.

Good location. But there is no normal room available on our arrival despite early booking. We left with no choice but accept an ‘accessible room’.

Clean hotel, small room, and near airport Buget price , using UBER to tourists area around 6Euro

Café da manhã bom, principalmente pelo custo-benefício. As instalações do quarto deixam um pouco a desejar, pois é um padrão antigo. É notável que os quartos precisam de uma atualização de design de interiores, ar-condicionado mais novo e uma tv desta década. Fora isso, os funcionários foram cordiais, fizeram um early check-in, o que nos ajudou e facilitou muito na chegada, pois estávamos cansados, além da cama ser confortável. Se o seu objetivo é se hospedar em um hotel de bom atendimento, mas não vai ficar para desfrutar do hotel e sim da cidade, perfeito. Agora, se for utilizar bastante as instalações do quarto, vai se incomodar um pouco.

On arrival, the reception were friendly, efficient and helpful and this continued throughout my 3 day stay. Only problem was the noise at times coming from the aircraft on the flightpath above the Hotel.

I would have liked a kettle in the room, but the bar was open 24 hours and hot drinks were available.

Pros: - Very Helpful courteous smiling staff. Answered all our queries about the city smilingly. They even allowed us early check-in at 1PM. Also, at the last day at checkout, they even kept our baggage for 3-4 hours which really smoothened out things for us. - Breakfast: Decent breakfast spread. Freshly squeezed orange juice was refreshing. Best part was breakfast timings : 6:30 AM to 12 noon. - Cleanliness - Staff behaviour - 24/7 Restaurant - Metro connectivity was decent for both Lisbon City exploration (10 minutes metro ride to Baixa) and also for a day trip to Sintra (7 mins walking till train station and then a direct train to Sintra) Cons: - No Hot Water Kettle or Mini Fridge in the room (But I guess this is okay for a Budget style Hotel) - AC was not working at our time. We travelled in March 2024 so it wasnt a necessity, but would have been good if it worked. - Hotel is close to airport so one could easily hear the sounds of airplanes passing by at night, so it could be an issue if anyone wants to sleep early. I noticed that post midnight, aeroplanes frequency reduces to zero, so shouldn’t be a concern if you sleeping late. - Hotel is just next to a street so if your room just opens up at street side, frequent sounds of cars passing-by might be a little uncomforting at night (We stayed in room 312 ) - - earplugs recommended
