那是個**酒店，在房間裏抽根煙，走的時候不讓走要罰款，2500比索， 美金大概160左右，把我的包扣下來了，不給錢不讓走！**酒店！中國人注意一點***黑了！

The lady gave me a key that was not functioning i went down and she said it was set. I called her to notify her it wasnt working and she was rude and unpolite, hung up on me.

Check-in was super easy. The rooms are clean and have working AC and heater. The beds are comfortable. They have plenty of parking space, which is a must for me. It's within walking distance to TJ downtown revolution street

Great stay i would stay here again only had 1 tiny hiccup the access key card did not work so they gave me a manual key other than that they have great cappuccino a beautiful balcony 😀 spotless interior and nice views from the rooms .

This is a nice hotel. However, the rooms are a bit small and it is somewhat noisy. The doors have poor soundprofing so you can hear the elevator chime constantly and people walking up and down the hallway.

Very loud. Nothing great about the hotel. Pillowcases looked like they had been slept on. Not sure if the area around is safe, i arrived at hotel around 10pm, people mingling outside. Felt a little uneasy.

It's a new and moder roo, a little small but functional. Cleaning and towel need to be consistant, the 2nd night was much better.

I recently had a great experience during my stay at Station 11. Check-in was a breeze, and the 24-hour security provided a sense of safety throughout my visit. Privet parking was great. The front desk team at station 11 was impressively quick in addressing and resolving any issues that arose. The room amenities, including a comfortable bed and a well-functioning TV, added to the overall satisfaction. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Revolution made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend station 11 for a hassle-free and secure accommodation.
