Ulasan International Atene Hotel

It’s a city centre location; convenient, but loud, messy and dirty on the streets. Hotel is next to police station. Staff nice, BUT: no napkins at breakfast, no small spoon for coffe. You have to ask for them all the time. They have plant based milk, but you have to ask for that too. And at front desk they never said hello or good bye when coming and going. Room: clean, but the airconditioning is a pain in the ass. During the night you freeze, then it stops, then you sweat. So we caught a cold…Room cleaning was randomly done: they gave 1 new towel, didn’t collect the dirty ones and took the towel you step out the shower and didn’t give any new. Breakfast: all right, coffee not so good.

We arrived at the hotel and were given a tiny room, there was literally no room to move about in the room. We requested twin beds which were stuck together to make a double. We tried moving them apart but that meant even less room. The bathroom was clean but the sink was so tiny it was impossible to use. The neighbourhood is dangerous, lots of homelessness and drug users outside. It is not recommended to walk around at night. The Air con didn’t work, when we complained we were told there’s nothing they can do and cannot move us into a new room. Breakfast isn’t topped up and half an hour before they close the breakfast they stop providing food and cutlery, and again when complained they simply just say they can’t help. Do not recommend this hotel.

Feel not safe!! Once we arrived one girl got stolen and there was a claim there from her, we try refund and book another hotel but hotel refused and he said there is no one stolen!!!

A centrally located hotel in Athens. The hotel itself is newly renovated and clean. Our room was small but comfortable.

It was a great experience. I definetelly recomend this hotel

在雅典住的酒店簡直是伏伏伏🚁！出發前上網選酒店的時候，見到這間酒店是2023年新開業，從相片看，酒店🏨光線充足又新淨，少量的評語不太差，距離雅典Omonoia 站亦只是1-2分鐘路程，好方便，所以便訂了4晚房。 第一晚入住時還可以，酒店大堂空間感闊落，最盡頭有酒吧放滿了酒及一部大咖啡機。房間樓層走廊似裝修未完全完工，有沒收口的電線從天花板吊下。不過不太影響我就算了。房間算大，可以同時打開2個大行李箱🧳，也乾淨。冷氣充足。浴室🛀有提供小樽裝的洗頭水、護髮素、梘液，番梘🧼。雖然等的時間較長，但有熱水供應。不過花灑🚿的水壓弱得很，拿著來洗澡，水只會沿著手臂流，根本沖不到。幸好天花板有另一花灑，用那個，起碼水可以沖在身上，但仍是弱得連身上一條頭髮也沖不走。 第二晚體驗到多多的問題了！晚上10點多，房間的冷氣壞掉。由於房間的電話就是家用那種，沒有任何一個掣可以打給reception，所以我們自己走到reception 通知職員。他們要我們返回房間等。等等等⋯過了半小時，沒有人出現。我們再走回reception問，職員竟說那麼晚，不能安排technician 檢查，亦沒考慮過給我們轉房。經過投訴，一位看似manager 的職員到我們房間再確認冷氣是否壞掉，才安排給我們轉房。又再等等等⋯打來叫我們把房咭拿到reception，跟他們換另一房咭。錯是你們，不是你們拿到我們房以表歉意嗎？而且我認為要先檢查一下另一房間才換房呀！ 幸好，我堅決要先檢查一下。發現新的房間Do not disturb 燈亮著，敲一敲門，有人聲。我打算離開時，老公要拍咭試試，然後就聽到一位女士在房內尖叫！😱於是我們又走到reception，他們檢查一輪後才發現那間房已有人入住。最後才安排我們去另一房間，冷氣正常運作，水壓比第一間房好一點點。房間也比原本那間大，同時多了一個露台，應該被upgrade 了。 除此之外，我還發現二樓一整層仍在施工🚧，漆黑一片，有裝修師傅出入，有些層架放在走廊位置。 早餐種類算多，但每天都是同樣的食物。繁忙時段沒有人收拾檯面的碗碟，也沒有足夠人手補給食物。酒店電梯🛗好細小，繁忙時段低樓層的住客好難擠入，要行樓梯。 批評完畢，也有少量地方可讚。下午時段的職員較有禮貌。問他們買手信有什麼地方推介。他們都好熱心介紹。酒店附近有間名叫Hondos Center的department store，賣的東西比市面其他店便宜很多，我們就在那邊買了不少希臘🇬🇷造的hand cream 及番梘作手信。酒店對面馬路就有間聲稱賣全雅典最傳統的希臘乳酪的店，好值得一試。還有check out 當天早上5:00 多就要離開，酒店有為我們預備一袋早餐帶走。 總括來說，我真的不明白為何這酒店會有4粒星。應該只值2粒星吧。

服務態度很好👌！很喜歡早餐的酸奶和水果。房間內免費的洗漱用品很齊全。 設施：完善 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：還好 服務：服務人員態度非常好👍🏻

這家酒店位於omonia站5分鐘，去雅典衞城和議會大廈十分方便。酒店房間方方正正，比較寬敞（對比雅典其他酒店），有熱水，拖鞋，牙刷等（其他酒店不提供哦）就是電梯比較慢。早飯選擇也多。

酒店是全新的，裝修很現代化，各種設施一應俱全，包括燒水壺，拖鞋，牙刷等。離主要景點比較近，但坐車更省力氣，雅典的公交5天票才8.4歐。總之很滿意，真的是性價比超高！

終於可以換酒店了，住兩三天的話，這個酒店還可以。但是如果常住，請一定換個酒店，因為早餐能把人吃神經。 設施：有一説一，設施還可以，東西齊全，環境也不錯。

服務態度好，早餐希臘酸奶正宗 主要是便宜

La calidad del hotel muy básica. El baño carecía de mampara y, al final, acababa todo el baño lleno de agua y por lo tanto habia que limpiar el suelo con toallas. La ventana daba a un patio interior sin ninguna luz.

Están en obras, se escuchan ruidos, y obreros con herramientas por los pasillos todos los días. Está en una calle con *********** y mendigos. Lo único bueno es el personal, que siempre está dispuesto a ayudar en todo y que está a 25 -30 minutos caminando de la acrópolis.
