Fasilitas kamar: Sangat baru, baru direnovasi pada tahun 2023. Pelayanan front desk sangat perhatian dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan cepat. Saat memesan takeout, pastikan untuk menandai lobi di lantai 5 hotel, jika tidak mereka akan mengirim Anda ke konter bawa pulang di pintu belakang. Sangat nyaman untuk menonton film dan makan di sekitar. Nyaman, sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah

Kamar yang sangat baru dan bersih. Binatu dan pengering gratis. Tetapi staf tidak dapat berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dan perlu menaiki beberapa tangga/langkah di lobi (sehingga harus membawa barang bawaan/kereta dorong Anda)

Check-in lambat, tapi belakangan pelanggan bisa check-in, dan saya masih menunggu. Jika tidak bertanya. Mungkin Anda sudah menunggunya. Check-in hotel ekspres pertama memakan waktu lebih dari setengah jam. Ruangan itu berbau apak. Jika sirkulasi udara tidak dinyalakan maka akan muncul asap entah dari mana. The room is very nice and big enough for 2 people. Air-con is super cool, and toilet is also good. Staff can speak English a little bit. The location is close to mrt station (line 9). Many restaurants are nearby. I booked 2 rooms, one of them has no fridge.

I was very surpriced when I check-in, the room very tidy, clean, modern, convenient location, near Shanghai wharf and very very comfortable

New and clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location with food and malls within walking distance. 5 mins walk to metro station. Only downside is that you need to carry your luggage up the stairs before reaching the reception desk. Also the hotel room doors are a bit light weight, and I can hear people talking along the corridor. Overall very happy with my stay and worth its value

Had a very an amazing experience at this hotel the location near the subway and services are very good the rooms are very clean and spacious will definitely come back again

Very conveniently located. Near Dong Chang metro, facing Yaohan and Times Square. But convenience comes with noise, since it's located along the busy streets. Front desk staffs were rather disorganized. Made mistakes but they compensated our inconveniences with complimentary breakfasts. They provide free laundry service (self-service) at lobby. There's a tiny gym next to the laundry area. Overall was a good stay.

From my client: The hotel boasts one of the most advantageous locations in the central part of Shanghai, more precisely in the business district. The hotel itself is small and cozy. There are several metro stations nearby, as well as a large number of restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the interior is beautiful. The hairdryer deserves special admiration. I would be grateful if you could inform me of the manufacturer's brand so that I can buy the same one. The breakfast restaurant is excellent. The food is all fresh, mostly Chinese cuisine. Attention foreign tourists: no one at the hotel speaks English or any other language besides Chinese. The staff may smile at you but be completely shocked that you are a foreigner and have no idea what you want from them. Having internet access on your phone for using online translation is a must. It is advisable to have a *** if you want to use your phone apps. Even the smart home system, which is present in every room, operates entirely in Chinese, and assistance is needed to customize the space to your liking.

About 5 mins walking distance to hotel

If you're traveling with large luggage, accessing the first-floor lobby could be inconvenient due to the staircase-only entrance. During our stay, we encountered a cockroach in the room, which we promptly disposed of, but unfortunately, its remains stained the floor. Despite requesting daily cleaning, the stain persisted. Additionally, on two out of the four nights of our stay, the downstairs karaoke extended past midnight, causing considerable noise disruption.

Interior are newly renovated and very comfy. It is a smart home. Breakfast are great. Excellent for value. Location is near to train line 9.
