Ulasan ST-Tropez Hotel

This hotel is my favorite accommodation when I travel to Changsha. As usual my stay was great and everything meet my expectations.

Great service. Buggy service on stand by all the time in front of the room. Huge room and clean. Aircond not cold at all in the room , temperature could not be adjust and it's centralised. Even the toilet is more cooler than the room.

I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

Nice place and service

The location is great. The open time for gym and the swimming pool is not that convenient for the people who stay mainly outside during the day. Gym should be assessable 24hrs for the customers.
