The best hotel in Tanta, and you do not have to choose, but it cannot be compared to any hotel in Cairo. Each governorate has its own character.

It is the best hotel in this city, but it is still not very good. There are really no good hotels in this city. There is nothing we can do about the local situation. However, it is indeed cheap and the price is right.

Imagine being a couple on your honeymoon and you go to shower after your wedding night and there’s no warm water!!!!!! And when we asked them they said well you can change the suite! Like has ANYONE checked on the room before we got there?! Especially since we booked almost a week before and they weren’t busy at all!!!! They said they’d get someone to fix it but that didn’t happen! We also were told that we can get our breakfast in bed honeymoon and all but when I called, the lady on the phone said no you have to go down and get your breakfast! I told her what we have been told before but she said no you still have to go down and get it!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! Room service sucks and not at all what I expected! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

I never seen an unprofessional and unwelcoming staff very defensive staff I lost my mobiles chargers two original chargers I lost them in the room After I check out by three hours I asked for my mobiles chargers , just the simple answer nothing found please check your bags I checked my bags still nothing The second answer our policy if some one found any thing will inform , how I can trust such place like that who refused to give me three towels the room is dirty and the bathroom without toiletries such a terrible experience

One of the best hotels ever in Sharm Al Sheikh. 5 star commitment to all vistiors and animation is one of the best in Egypt i would personally give Noor 5 star rate. The food was excellent and served well and on time. The events held by Mr Noor are extra ordinary with good disco vibes and a perfect travel advisor to anyone coming to Sharm for the first time..

Bad service Not a safe hotel The staff not friendly One time I come from outside to the hotel And I saw my door room it’s open I was going outside from morning until midnight and I saw like this When I talk with reception,they tell what we can do!!!
