The young man who showed us in was very nice. Everything was as expected. The property was clean and convenient. Very good for our family with two adults two kids. Unfortunately there was no one there when we arrived and it’s a little scary when you arrive in a new country and no one is there to let you into your room. My young son desperately needed a bathroom and unfortunately could not get to one in time. Not the best way to begin. Otherwise very good. Thanks!

Great spot for two adults - two children. Adam (property mgr) was very communicative before our arrival and the boy Edam (sp?) who checked us in was very friendly… unfortunately we only stayed 1 night on a transfer from Paris to Lagos so didn’t get much time to explore the area - but the nights rest was great, quiet too

Our stay at Lis Apar**ents was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Truly home away from home. Sandra was amazing, responsive, and a wealth of information. I would give it ten stars if I could and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sandra!!

Apar**ent was comfortable. The location was great- was nervous at first climbing the hill as it was our first time in Lisbon but it turned out to be lots of fun experiencing the true culture of Lisbon and very nice people around. Lovely apar**ent

Amazing stay overall. Really close to supermarket. I was here over Chris**as and the landlord even came by with treats and wine! So generous of them and made me feel so special!

We booked an apar**ent directly on their website one month prior our arrival and received the email confirmation. However when we arrived and called for the check-in, our reservation was not found (neither with the booking number nor the name). They only told us the apar**ent was not available but didn't suggest any other solution. We eventually had to find another accommodation in Lisbon. Terrible experience.
