Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. The staff are so friendly. We definitely recommend if anyone comes to Lijiang to look for a place to stay.

Great hotel location nestled right outside the old town so it was quieter at night. Extremely hospitable service by the staff made our trip super pleasant and smooth, would definitely come back to stay. 蕾蕾服务真的很周到，让我们这一程十分顺畅愉快！

The hotel is at good location and the service is good. Diversified food choice for breakfast. 蕾蕾was our contact she was really helpful. We forgot sth at the hotel she helped us to mail it to us.

Recommended hotel to travellers with young kids & aged parents. Our hotels room view of 黑龙潭公园. The 黑龙潭公园 is strategically opposite the hotel We checked in for 3 nights & since the first day, we had complimentary afternoon tea with egg tarts & a cup of warm milk every night. They also provide a free flow of ginger tea, water infused oranges at the reception. Look for Tjng Zhen ifor 24/7 excellent complimentary concierge service . The final plus point is that the hotel provided free pick-up and drop-off at the Lijiang train station.

Good location near Black Dragon Pool, Lijiang ancient town and short drive to Yulong snow mountain. Hotel is clean and came with afternoon tea for our booking. When we left, there was also parting gifts which made us very happy! Breakfast was buffet style and had sufficient variety. Overall, it was a nice and memorable stay. A delight. Yes the interior is quaint and reflective of local culture. I was warmly welcomed at the reception and showed my room. They brought me tea egg tarts and local fruits as complimentary gift The room is fabulously with wooden panels and heated floors Breakfast is adequate and nice coffee There are plenty of eateries. I tried the one which offered hot fried yummy tofu for lunch and for dinner clay port pork rice. Opposite is a park you don't want to miss Recommended

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was facing the lake view, it add up our good impression during our stay. and the bed was cleaned and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, afternoon tea and the milks provided by the hotel staff at night during our stay. We felt so welcome and relaxed. We also loved the convenient location that close to major attractions. We will come back again in future.

We loved our huge room with a view of heilongtan. the reception is very friendly! gave a bowl of fruits for our welcome, milk and tea everyday. the breakfast spread is good too!

Liang JINRU is a wonderful host who communicated with me despite the language barrier. She made sure I got back safely and even refunded me when I had to leave earlier.

The hotel is just a few steps away from 黑龙潭。I have received a free upgrade for the room to moutain view. The interior deco of the hotel is unique, and the breakfast area is at level 6 with a mountain view. Though it's next to a small lane where the vehicle passed through, the noise is minimal and does not affect my resting. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is attentive, helpful, and kind. On the day of my checkout, I received a souvenir from the reception. Am thankful for the thoughtfulness. Highly recommend this hotel.
