Ulasan Novotel London West

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang bagus dengan staf yang baik, tetapi pemandangan kamarnya buruk. Meskipun ruangan terlihat bersih, namun terdapat debu secara detail. Meskipun pelayanannya bagus, pemandangan dan debu yang buruk membuat pengalaman keseluruhannya biasa-biasa saja.

Sarapan prasmanan sangat enak, tetapi beberapa staf hotel tidak ramah, kamarnya sangat dingin. Sistem pendingin udara tidak berfungsi, jadi saya meminta untuk mengganti kamar saya tetapi kamar lainnya juga dingin. Jika Anda tinggal di sini, silakan ambil beberapa makanan panas. Saya meminta mereka untuk membawa pemanas tetapi mereka tidak membawakannya.

Lokasinya bagus meski bukan yang paling dekat dengan pusat kota

Hotel ini seperti yang diharapkan, staf membantu. Namun hub usb di kamar tidak berfungsi dan tidak ada indikasi bahwa mereka tidak berfungsi, jadi setelah tiba larut malam dengan kesibukan kerja tiga hari ke depan, saya kemudian terbangun dengan telepon Flat dan iPad. Penerimaan kemudian mengatakan kepada saya, berdasarkan pertanyaan saya bahwa hanya kamar yang telah diperbaharui yang memiliki soket yang berfungsi tetapi colokan listrik tersedia di area toko. Dengan harga masing-masing £17, saya tidak terkesan karena saya tidak punya waktu untuk pergi ke toko dan mengambil biaya sebelum hari kerja. Hal-hal kecil dapat menyebabkan kecemasan yang tidak perlu bagi pelancong wanita solo dan tidak ada telepon genggam yang masuk dalam daftar teratas. Jadi, oleh karena itu peringkat saya buruk. Makanan juga mahal dan sangat rata-rata, pergilah ke tempat lain.

Room clean, bed comfy. Location 8mins walk to underground station, very convenient to airport and also downtown. Will come again.

Good food and services

I don’t recommend you stay here. This is the worst Novotel we have ever stayed in. Only 3 night stay family with 3 kids. 1) staff inexperienced. Unwilling to help. 2) things don’t work lights, phone. 3) I requested a taxi to the airport. They sent me a car instead and charged me 90GBP vs the london blackcap which only cost 50GBP. One would think if a car was ordered they would tell you the price but they didn’t. In my mind I thought I was getting a cab which would be metered…… someone is making some money on this. Even Addison cars would not have cost this much 4) breakfast is decent thing along with the lobby. Get ready for the shock when you go to the rooms.

Nice service and nice room. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff, great amenities, and a convenient location. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

All staff there were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were reasonably priced.

Not the best of experiences Firstly the car park is £40 per night ! Then reception is up a floor and the ground floor weren’t very helpful unless you were in a pilot uniform The rooms really basic for the price And the carpets stained Best part was the location next to the Hammersmith Tube station

Hotel's location is good and easy to be found. Room with twin beds was very comfortable

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel. Just one thing: breakfast needs more salad?

The hotel promised me to refund back my advance immediately .But they did not returned even after 17 days .I have called them and send emails many times but no reply from NOVOTEL LONDON WEST

Hammersmith station and bus stop is convenient for you to go everywhere The minibar offers drinks and snacks There are many Novetels in London, you will get which you really wanted to avoid the different locations. I just want a nearby Novotel close to Marriott in Canary Wharf area and when searching only in put novetel and at results get a west part one which is far from the canary wharf
