Keramahtamahan staf yang luar biasa, kami memesan kamar untuk 1 malam dan meminta untuk menginap satu malam lagi saat check in. Yang mengejutkan, kami mendapat peningkatan kamar ke kamar terbaik di hotel dengan pemandangan yang spektakuler. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan kamarnya sangat luas, modern, dan dirancang dengan baik. Sangat direkomendasikan bagi siapa pun yang menginap di Shangri-la.

It was a fantastic 2 nights' stay in this hotel. The room gives us view of the surrounding mountains and also of the Duzekong temples, which are lit up at night. At the seating area in the room, you can watch the sun rise. Everything works in the room - hot water is instantanteous, air heater works well, room is spacious. A luxurious vibe in all the amenities provided. The person in charge of running the place - Mr Wu - is efficient, prompt and courteous in his service. From explaining the amenities in the room to where to sightsee to giving us a ride to the Xianggelila Train Station for our journey back to Kunming, Mr Wu is always full of enthusiasm and helpful. Take note though that no food is served in this hotel; however there are a number of restaurants within walking distance.

The most memorable hotel I’ve stayed in China so far. I really love the hotel style. I don’t know what’s the style but this make me feel cozy and fullfill my heart. The guy who is the hotel staff is sooooo kind and helpful. He’s willing to help us in all aspects and I’ll defenitely come back to this hotel when I’m back in Shangri-la. ❤️

It was really the best stay ever. I feel like don’t want to get out of the room. The room was spacious. The interior is top notch! Everything is new. I even got upgraded by the hotelier. Also, the hotelier offer pick-up & drop-off service for us from the train station. The bathroom is super nice with a big bathtub and high-end toiletries. Everything is the best! The bed is super comfy. From where i was from, in order to get this kind of room, i have to pay big sum of money.. this is very rare find! Would recommend my followers to stay at this hotel if they are planning to visit Shangri-La 👍🏻👍🏻

I stayed this hotel with my friend for 2 nights. They had excellent services like station pickup and fancy facilities. Especially the room was really nice. And convenient to seeing Shangri-La town very much. Thank you for supporting the memorable stay.

The hotel is situated just a short walk away from the central part of the ancient city. Amenities were excellent and decor of the whole place was really pretty! Manager in the hotel was also friendly and helpful when we have any questions. would love to stay here again!

Hotel hardware is top notch, we are there during low season, there is only 1 staff taking care of the hotel. But he is extremely responsible and take full ownership. He behaves like a owner instead of employee. Only drawback is there are no F&B options in the hotel, not even breakfast

Stayed here in in June with a family of 5. Was greeted by the front desk manager who upgraded our rooms to bigger ones as it was low season. The facilities were amazing and of high quality. The rooms have open design concept and the toiletries were made of good materials. The hotel also has a washing machine and there is a spacious drying deck upstairs. If you come during the colder months there's a fireplace for you to socialize at the lobby along with large wooden table fit for a large number of guests. There's an excellent view of the hilltop temple of the old city at the top level. The hotel itself is within 10 min walking distance to the ancient city. The hotel manager was super friendly. He was kind and helpful that he even sent us to the railway station. I will recommend anyone to have a stay here.

Amazing hotel with unique design and place inside of ancient city which near with dongzhulin monastery. Comfort room with greet meet the nice guys which take care us very well kindly and hospitally, nothing say it’s perfect places to stay.

Fantastic hotel! Room was super clean and cozy, location is great and the hotel staff was friendly and extremely service oriented! Highly recommend! Will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come back to shangrila!
