The service was good, i had a problem with the charging for the car (with the charger company) and they did the bast to solve it, include giving me a free spa in the other hotel of the same company The service was granted all over the way

Very nice hotel in good location

La nourriture est très bonne, le service n’était pas d’une grande qualité et la chambre était au premier étage. Petite chambre pas de Bellevue. 

Отказались возвращать деньги,хотя мы не смогли попасть в отель из-за форс-мажорных обстоятельств (отказ пограничничной службы Израиля во въезде )

Отличный отель. Мебель старенькая но чистая. Завтраки и ужины хорошие. Хорошее расположение. Рядом магазины и рестораны. Есть открытый бассейн.

Juste s il vous plaît renovation a faire chaque fois que je demande une chambre au début. Du couloir je reçois au font du couloir et j ai mal aux aux jambes je ne suis pas en bonne santé le reste est convenable le service est très bien 👍

The hotel is below all criticism, the service, the cleanliness and the rooms are simply at a shameful level. The rooms we got smelled of cigarettes. We booked a room with a youth bed and we had to spend 3 hours in front of the reception and the guest service until we got it. The hotel simply creates a negative experience and is an example of one of the worst hotels we have encountered.

Very cozy hotel, not big but very nice and clean rooms, nice pool, delicious food. Great location, everything you need is very close. The beach is a five minute walk, shopping center, shops.Very friendly and pleasant staff. We'll be happy to come back again.

Shalom, It was our first time in Israel and in Dead Sea we got suggestions from our friends about the hotel, we came very early to hotel and clerk by name Dan check for us and give us room before the regular time also we very enjoyable breakfast and dinner as well

The bed is very comfortable. The choice of the food in the dining-room is very rich - it is always possible to find the food that suits you. The team replies well to the customer's requests. One can always get the taxi from here to other hotels.

Pros: Breakfast was very good and swimming pool area is clean and inviting with shade available. Cons: Hotel is old, furniture it outdated, bathrooms are moldy. Staff was rude and not responsive to guests. Should be rated no higher than a 2* facility. It is an old run-down motel. Tennis court is full of trash.

Stay away!!! Bed bugs! Total nightmare. Hotel reception and manager refused to acknowledge or do something. Blamed mosquitoes- these are clearly not mosquito bites. Would never again go to a Leonardo

Ideal location for what we wanted which was to climb Masada for sunrise, good price but really tired decor and looked grubby in places. Small room but this wasn't a problem for us as we weren't in it for long enough. Decent breakfast with a good selection. Would stay again for the price and location.
