The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and tasty. There’s lots of food to choose for. The room is clean, bed is comfortable.

Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean. Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive. Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great. Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

酒店位置在拉薩的最東邊，到城中心的各種景區要打車。入住前酒店管家德吉 Nancy已提前電話聯繫問候並告知注意事項，很暖心，值得點贊！ 房間面積比較大，可以遠眺布達拉宮和雪山，風景不錯。早餐比較豐富。整體體驗挺好的，來拉薩旅行可以體驗一下。

酒店美呆了～其實位置不遠，周邊還有個萬達可以吃東西，還有拉薩市規劃館也在周邊，可以遠眺布達拉宮，還能看見雪山，服務沒的説絕對五星級水準，早餐不好不壞吧，早餐時候還拍到了日出，好美。

在拉薩的香格里拉住了兩晚，由於上呼吸道感染決定緩一天去庫拉崗日，於是決定換個地方住體驗一下，OK直接開始闡述問題： 1. 酒店員工缺乏邊界感，入住的時候前台用一種十分嘲諷又略帶尷尬的語氣説“就衹住一天呀您，還是訂的雙床房”，然後從禮賓司到微信管家全都在強調我“暫住一天”，怎麼，一天不配在貴酒店下榻嗎？還是説IHG的員工都有upsell的任務？ 2. 自助晚餐廳隨時看起來都像要收攤的樣子，才八點過，各自飲料就剩一點邊角料和冰塊，熟食區的菜也是冷的。 3. 本人由於身體不適晚上買了些葯，外賣送達酒店四十分鐘依然無人配送，需要跟管家強調才開始磨磨蹭蹭配送，如果貴酒店機器人無法及時送出，是否可以電話告知或者安排禮賓司的同事送一下？ 4. 房間排氣扇未正常工作，去前台讓人檢修依然沒有用。 5. 本來身體就不舒服，早上八點過被酒店前台的電話驚醒，接通後無人應答，遂再未睡着。後續不到半小時又收到管家微信問要不要續房（你們真的是…） 總的來説，洲際在拉薩的硬件上還是能排前三的，但是還請貴司多注意一下，True hospitality for Good, 真誠，可靠，關懷，卓越，都是在講述服務，又請捫心自問，你們做到了哪一點？

將近半夜到達酒店，值班的小胡熱情接待，很快幫我們解決好問題入住。房間挺大，雖然時間較久，但維護的還不錯，衞生整理也及時乾淨。早餐一如既往的保持洲際水準，水果很新鮮。全部工作人員態度都非常熱情，珠窮和索朗平措兩位帥哥，每每主動上前幫忙拉行李，又熱情又可愛。以後有機會重來拉薩，還會入住這家。
