Was an Great place to stay. Very Friendly staff. Very Comfortable beds and the room was very homey feeling. Had a pretty good continental breakfast with several choices. The pool was a hit with my daughter. The only bad part was that the closet floor looked like it hadn't gotten cleaned. There was a few potatoe chips on the floor. We will definitely be staying again when we visit Council Bluffs.

Room was nice and good color scheme. Toilet had a run to it and had to adjust the float after every flush. Was disappointed there was no hot tub. Breakfast was good.

I was very disappointed because the cards to go in your room were not working. So every time we needed to go to our room we needed someone from front desk to open our room door .

Lovely clean and maintained motel with comfortable bed and pillows and nice hot breakfast. Loved all the tv stations available. Will book again on my return trip as price for this quality is so good.

Nothing horrible, but too many lack management issues
- rooms had no hand soap because "there were out"
- common areas smelled
- at the breakfast there was homeless guy taking all the food- ok. The staff was talking to him, so I have a feeling they were friends
- some staff were wearing pajamas

Great breakfast for what is typically offered at budget hotels. Has to do with their selection of suppliers and prep. Eggs were fluffy and tasted like scrambled eggs. Sausage was plump and hot. Breakfast bar was well stocked and kept clean during the whole time! Very appealing and a great way to start the morning!

Just an overnight stop on the way back to Wisconsin from Denver. Hotel was nice. Only thing that ****** (imo) was the beds. They were quite firm for my back. Had a really nice free bfast.

The sheets were stained/dirty as well as the shower curtain. Room was uncomfortable because of the shape it was in.
