No maintainence. Hotel is different from the photos shown. Bed and pillow smell.

Our favorite place to spend a night transit for our journey to Bali. Cleanliness can be better. Deluxe room is more spacious compare to their standard room, bfast is decent. Overall always a pleasant quick stay

Goya is definitely the most impressive and cost-effective hotel in Pangyue. The front desk lady and the chef are very kind, but hygiene still needs to be improved, especially in the bathroom.

Cleanliness is good. Complete amenities. Unfortunately I got a room where the door was difficult to open & jammed. Some of the lights in the room were also off. There are not many TV channels & often no signal. Wifi okay. Swimming pool okay. It's a bit unclear whether the cafe is open or not, but you can still order food. The food could be further improved.

Comfortable & clean, very suitable for stopover

The environment is okay and it is a relatively clean hotel in Surabaya. But there is no hot water in the room and the swimming pool is quite dirty.

The location is very strategic near the main road, only the cleanliness around the rooms needs to be improved, the facilities are adequate, the service is quite good, not bad for transit while traveling. Thank You
