Ulasan B&B Hotel Arezzo

Purtroppo la.valutazione non può essere reale perché è obbligatorio mettere le faccine ,ma io ho pagato ma non o usufruito in quanto l'hotel si è tenuto il 100% della penale per la cancellazione anche se ho dimostrato il motivo della cancellazione con foglio rilasciato dalla struttura per un intervento Rifiutato per vari problemi di salute .non chiedevo tutto il rimborso ma almeno potevo prendersi una penale del 60 %cosi facevano contenti anche il cliente purtroppo nulla.da fare . Per il chech in ho impiegato 1 ora, la stanza gradevole ma la pecca che il letto matrimoniale e’ piccolo e il sistema di aereazione era accesso anche se il display era posizionato su Off, quindi un caldo asfissiante. Nel complesso un bel Hotel/ B&b.

Ho trascorso una notte presso questa struttura con mia moglie e sono rimasta molto soddisfatto soprattutto per la pulizia in generale, ottimo lo staff colazione buona

Accolti alla reception da Serena con professionalità e gentilezza. Buon livello di pulizia e ordine. Buona la posizione a 3 Km dal centro città. Consigliato.

Stayed two nights and for for the first time and was very satisfied with the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room and good breakfast. Would be happy to stay again. Did not use the restaurant for dinner as had made other arrangements but menu looked ok.

Regarding TV, there is a free Sky service with Italian content, so not useful to non Italian speaking guests. Did not use it, so I don't know if it can be switched to other languages. Netflix and YouTube are installed, but were not working in our room. Everything else is just great.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the bathroom left a lasting impression with its remarkable cleanliness and modern amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We came at B&B Arezzo because of a wedding. We had a great stay, comfy bead and very clean room. Personnel very kind. Very nice hall with services. Unfortunately we could not benefit from breakfast service because of time constraints

B&B Hotel Arezzo is an amazing place to stay if you want to visit Arezzo and surroundings. It is very clean, modern and comfortable.

Hotel, situated at a historical centre of Arezzo town. Room suits for two personnel. Marvelous views from shared roof terrace. Staff was very friendly. Interior was clean and modern (bathroom). Lift is a bit smaller.

Very clean bathrooms, this hotel needs maintenance work. Floors need to be repaired they are broken and the controls of the air conditioning. The temperature cannot be put lower than 23°. Overall not an exactly pleasant experience. The on-site restaurant has a very nice menu and very nice staff.
