Ulasan JR-EAST HOTEL METS MIZONOKUCHI

The room was booked as a gift for two minors attending the conference in Kawasaki. However, the clause regarding the "security deposit as a room charge to be paid to the hotel" was not clearly stated during the booking process, which led to some confusion. If anyone intends to book a room as a gift, please remind your guests to prepare some cash upon check-in.

It was a comfortable business trip as the facilities were general but the surrounding infrastructure was well developed.

We booked single rooms for all. The front office staff are all very friendly and helpful! They would go out of their way to help out in whatever we needed. Breakfast was great! It was at the Denny’s restaurant on the 2nd floor of the building. We got several sets to choose from: you could mix and match either a continental or Japanese set completed by a beverage (hot and cold) bar. All in all, it was a great experience! I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location next to the station. Nice clean rooms with good beds and sufficient amenities. Breakfast (if selected) is at Denny’s next door. Good value for money, highly recommended.

The room is good and I am quite satisfied with it. Drinking water and chargers are provided. The hotel is very convenient for transportation, just above the Goukou subway station. The pictures are the interior and exterior of the room. It is very good to watch the flow of people in Tongle in the morning.

The room was warm and comfortable even without the heating on. I was bothered by the smell when I turned the heater on. They were also happy to store my luggage for me, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

I stayed here when my child was taking an entrance exam, and the rooms were clean and the access to public transport was good, so I think it would be a good place to stay for people coming from other parts of the country. Breakfast was also from Denny's, so it was delicious.

The price is cheaper than other hotels in Tokyo, and I think it's a convenient hotel. Amenities are provided to a certain extent, so I was able to stay there without stress. I'd like to use it again when I'm on a business trip.

I decided to stay near the station to go to a concert. There was a walkway from the station so it didn't matter if it was raining, and I had a delicious breakfast in the morning. It was a little hot at night, but I was comfortable.

Close to the station, convenient transportation, sheets, pajamas and towels are changed every day and are very clean, the service staff are very polite and thoughtful, the front desk check-in procedure is professional and fast, a trustworthy hotel, very satisfied

The rooms are well-arranged, clean and sanitary, and the service is thoughtful and considerate. The facilities are complete with microwave oven, laundry room, and convenient for going out. The ticket office of the sound station is only more than 20 meters away😂.

The hotel is directly next to the exit of Mizonokuchi JR Station, which is very convenient. There is a large shopping mall Marui and another one (I forgot what it was!) nearby, which has basic brands such as MUJI, GU, and Uniqlo, and it is very convenient to buy things on the spur of the moment. (But if you need a tax refund, I don’t recommend it. When I was shopping at MUJI, I was told that there was no special tax refund window, and I was advised to go to larger stores such as Shinjuku and Shibuya.
