We had our Honeymoon Night at this hotel. All I can say is that the hotel is very good and spacious but it is far from the heart of the City or Bayan you need to travel up to 20 mins to go here… but overall the place is good.

My stay here was okay. The location could be better, need 100-150 trike ride to get to stores, restaurants, etc instead of anything being in walking distance. Disappointing a place this big didn't offer food or dining. Probably the best part is the friendly staff at the front, ready and willing to help with anything and check on your well-being. And they do laundry at reasonable rates. The room bring advertised as "pool view" was a bit misleading. It's just facing a bunch of plants, shrubs and trees and behind all that is the pool. I cannot overstate this. The key is WAY too big. It's cartoonishly, inconveniently, ridiculously oversized. Hard to carry, hold, even use in the door if your hands are full. There's absolutely no reason for it to be this big. They say it's so people don't lose it but they ask you to leave the key with them when you leave anyways so...?? Y'all need to change that lol TLDR Friendly staff, freakishly humongous annoying key

It's just a wow. I really love their room and the swimming fool, The front desk officer is approachable and the place is good for someone who is looking for relaxation.

Good place

Good hotel though location is a bit far from city and hotel could benefit from an upgrade since hotel ambiance is evidently old. But overall experience was okay.

If you want solitude, this place could be for you. The only problem is that there are no restaurants near the facility so you have no choice but to get a trike (minimum of 150 for one way) that will bring you to the restaurant and back to the inn. The inn has a pool bar but the options are limited and they cost way more than the prices of the restaurants in the national highway.

Ok stay. I like the large rooms. But water pressure up & down & shower temp unstable bcz of this. Toilet may have something in it causing it to not flush completely. But staff is warm & I would stay again. Its best you have a car if you stay there.

For any type of traveler, I don’t recommend this place. It says here in Trip.com that they do have a second floor. I booked and paid extra 800pesos to avail the ‘second floor’ displayed on their post here but when I get there, the front desk advised they don’t have second floor. Only ground floor. Their gates close at 10pm-12midnight (this is okay btw). When you get back at any time before morning (12md-6am) people there are hard to converse with. They’ll tell you they can’t let you in because of their loose dog. How would a guest feel that as a receiving end?. Also upon checking out, FD called at 12noon, telling for us to ‘come out’ of the room. I asked if we can extend for 30mins because I was in the cr doing toilet. But she advised it’s their protocol and there’s a guest waiting next to be checked in at 1pm. I waited until 1pm, there were no people checking in. Take note, they had more than two vacant rooms! That chubby girl in front desk. I was just asking for a little consideration given my situation. (Also I checked in late. That was past 5pm yesterday). I don’t need for people to support my side. I’m leaving a review of how my experience was at this place. What they post here in Trip.com is misleading. Other photos / features they present don’t exist and unable to service the guest. That’s all. This is just disappointing and VERY misleading.

It was a great stay here. very relaxing and peaceful place. Will surely come back 😍

Travellers has a great stay in your hotel

Suitable for all sorts of travelers. No WiFi in the rooms upstairs. Food and drinks are on point . Swimming pool is very nice. It’s quirky but great for relaxing ☺️ staff is awesome!!

The kids really enjoyed the pool. It was really a good place to stay with your family. Staffs have been very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.
