Unfortunately, the hotel staff provided inaccurate information when contacted. Given the modest price and less-than-stellar reviews, our expectations were not high. However, as our stay was intended to be brief, we were primarily seeking a conveniently located place to rest, minimizing our time within the hotel. On *********, it was indicated that the rooms were either a king-size bed or two single beds. To clarify this discrepancy, we contacted the hotel prior to booking, and the staff assured us that specifying our preference in the reservation would suffice. Consequently, we proceeded to make the reservation, clearly noting our request for two single beds. Upon arrival, however, the staff hesitated to accommodate our request, even disputing that we had made the initial inquiry. Despite presenting evidence in the reservation details, their insistence on a king-size bed persisted. Faced with this situation, they offered a room with a king-size bed and proposed the option of paying an additional fee for the requested two single beds. Regrettably, we had no alternative but to agree to the extra charge of €10 per day. The hotel, which seems more akin to a worn-out building than a proper hotel, leaves much to be desired in terms of upkeep. The sole redeeming quality is its strategic location.

Bed condition was so so so terrible. Heating system was terrible need to wear thick clothes for sleeping. No parking near hotel. Nearest parking lot €15 for half day. Included breakfasts was one bread and one drink. Only good thing was property location.

Great location, fantastic price. Hard to find but not impossible.

Simply the worst.

Ho attribuito un punto in più per la posizione strategica in centro a Lecce per il resto un po’ scarso come alloggio. Camera con 3 letti stretta con arredi vecchi. Per una notte va bene ma il prezzo potrebbe essere più basso per la qualità della camera

Avrei dovuto soggiornare al Central Plaza, ma a causa di un collega con cui avrei dovuto lavorare che si é preso il Covid ho dovuto annullare la prenotazione. Ero ormai fuori tempo purtroppo anche se solo di poco ma mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione gratuitamente e l’ho trovato un segno di grande gentilezza e professionalità. Spero di poter al più presto soggiornarci anche perché mi é stato consigliato caldamente.

Posto in un punto strategico in pieno centro storico. Il resto sorvoliamo, pulizia da rivedere perché peccava in molte cose. Lenzuola e federe bucate e copriletto macchiato. La stanza piccola ma per uno o due gg va bene. Lo salva il fatto che se si è a piedi è comodissimo.

Doveva essere un weekend all'insegna del relax ma sin dal principio è iniziato male a causa del beb Incompetenza nel ricevere gli ospiti e sulla mancata informazione circa posteggio ,ztl a ridosso del beb con impossibilità di scarico bagagli 2 la stanza come da foto totalmente sporca con pezzi di polvere dietro al letto,comodini come da foto Presenza di pesciolini d'argento a farci compagni (insetti) e sotto il letto unghie tagliate scambiate x insetti come da foto 3 in più io ho dormito senza cuscino...il cuscino c'era ma...sprovvisto di federa... 4 se volete dormire scordatelo i rumori deilocali sotto sono continui fino alle 4 . Anche se la posizione è a pochi metri dalla piazza di Santo Oronzo fate meglio a chiudere o a ridimensionarvi Perché 70 € non valete Neanche nei motel a 1 Stella ci sono questi lordumi La foto della stanza pubblicata su booking non corrisponde alla realtà
