"Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from train station and back door gives direct access to the brilliant centro storico. Very pleasant stay at the Arryvo Hotel. Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus. Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future."

"Hotel is very close to train station. Very convenient for hopping on a train to get to hotel and to next destination. No convenience store in close proximity and hence difficult to buy tooth paste and tooth brush that hotel doesn't provide. Only one kebab shop is in close proximity to the hotel and if you do not like kebab you have to walk quite a distance for food."

"B&b well maintained. Good location to move to the center that is less than ten minutes. Sorry for the treatment that was reserved to us at the end of our stay just when we went away. We are in the case of the person who manages the structure that insures us with ALT because he was to check that we had paid. Presumed that they took the credit card number in the booking phase and that the payment was charged to me on the day of arrival in the context structure not the fact itself, but the way it was told me. You can't go if I don't see that there's a payment, but what are they? ! The way and form matter when you have to do with the clients of a receptional structure. If you want to see me again, you can't treat me as a potential thief... this thing has bothered me so I won't come back."

"My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Despite its 4-star rating, the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were met with rudeness, indifference, and an aggressive attitude that has no place in the hospitality industry—especially in an establishment that supposedly provides high-end services. Instead of assistance, we received irony and sarcasm for our simple requests. It is a shame because while the facilities might be decent, the staff ruins the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and respect. A total waste of money. The biggest issue, however, was at breakfast. The woman in charge there was extremely rude and unacceptable. Instead of a pleasant start to our day, we faced an aggressive and mocking attitude that ruined our mood. It is inconceivable for a hotel of this caliber to hire people who lack the basic manners and politeness to handle guests. Unfortunately, no matter how good a room is, it’s the people and the service that matter. I would never visit this hotel again and I definitely do not recommend it"

Continental breakfast was good with nice choice pastries, cold cuts, yogurt, egg, and a nice selection of fresh fruit. Cappuccino was very tasty and served table side. Hallways are dark and overly scented with room freshener. Room was a bit tired decor-wise but the bed was comfortable. I couldn’t really give more stars because the bathroom was kind of ick. It didn’t seem clean - especially the shower and there weren’t enough towels. It looks like it needs an update. Area around hotel is a bit downtrodden but it was a short walk to the city center."

"Not bad HG Inn Hotel about a 20 min walk to all the tourist attractions within the City. Room and bathroom were larger than expected and a big plus was real pillows, yes I mean real pillows!! Lovely and soft and not the high density polyester type that most hotels use now to save a few $$$$. Unfortunately the inhouse internet service appeared to be hacked during the last two days of my stay with my works provided Norton Software Package indicating that the hotels site had been cloned? Lots of breakfast staff present at the weekend milling around the breakfast area but sadly none could say good morning to their paying guests and were put out if you asked for assistance. Sadly this was the deal breaker as I was on a business trip. However if you are on vacation its a good solid HG Inn Property."

"It is sad to say that we booked Mammasisi in June 2025, 3 double rooms for 3 couples traveling together in October 2025 for 6 nights. We called couple days before our arrival to confirm our time of arrival. We were informed that THEY HAD CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION for the entire 3 rooms week before arrival because credit card needed confirmation of charge. They did not attempt to call us or email any of us to let us know they needed this information before cancellation. They had already rebooked our rooms. 😖 This is not acceptable, they were quite unpleasant and inconsiderate. They are not reliable"
