Toilet and sink were both stopped up. The sink drained but very slow. Toilet would not even flush paper

There was trash in the room, i got the queen 2 bed, and one of the beds had a wet spot that felt like it was pee'd in, the bathtub ran all night long! And at check in, i had to wait over 5 minutes for the concierge. Id post a pic, but cant, there was a mountain dew bottle and candy bag wrapper in a corner. Fake it till you make it should be there slogan

Light did not work..poor front girl only one..said we could move no light bulb available my husband went down and waited till she could find one..place is dirty and gross sheets are grey so old yuck!! Come on Hampton you can do better!! We prefer Hampton , but not this one..floor is full of stains ..I am sleeping in my clothes with shoes on!!!

Found several hairs when I turned down the bed. Bed had metal bars sticking out that I injured my leg on. The noise level from upstairs made it impossible to sleep.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious & comfortable, the Staff was friendly.
The only complaints we had was:
#1 Our room was not ready when we checked in (3p Saturday) it was close to an hour before we finally got a room.
#2 The ******* listing said the hotel had an onsite Bar, which it didn't, that detail was a big part of the decision to spend the night there. You need to contact ******* & correct this, it is misleading to Guests...
#3 The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

I suffered a severe injury and had to undergo surgery. The army waived my duty because of the challenges of traveling soon after surgery, but this hotel refused to cancel the reservation. As a result, I was forced to fly two days after surgery simply because of their pigheadedness. The flight was as miserable as you could expect, and I had to drive from Oklahoma City with only one arm. When I arrived, I was exhausted and virtually overcome with pain; I couldn't take any pain meds due to needing to drive. The front desk clerk tried to stiff me with another $25 bill for an early check-in fee. I refused, and waited an hour before checking in.
The place had stains on the carpet and hair on the bathroom floor.
When the army says you don't need to perform duty but you're forced to anyway because of a hotel manager, that manager is not fit to lead a latrine detail. I travel to Fort Sill at least once a month, but I'll never stay at this place again.

This was the worst Hampton room i ever stayed in. The carpets had not been vacuumed and there were numerous spots on the floor some large some small it was necessary to put towels along the floor because it was so dirty and then the Linens were very dingy. The matress was old and not comfortable. I was extremely put out. I asked to speak to the general manager.
