We had an AMAZING stay here. JPark has plenty to do for the entire family, facilities are first class and the staff are very nice and eager to please. (Way better than Plantation Bay.) Thanks, CTrip for the super value-for-money rates. We stayed 3 days, 2 nights at the spacious Mactan Suite, and upon presentation of our booking, we were checked in right away, no need to pay the usual 3k per night key deposit. We'd love to be back!

iced mocha was bad. it was too expensive for its poor quality. Also, D Throne opened at 10AM. by the time they opened, people were already queueing. they should open earlier.
rooms were a bit small and outdated. pool was not very clean. overall experience was okay but had better experiences at cheaper resorts.

We had best time in Jpark❤️, The room was good. We were given the room upon our arrival which was an hour earlier our check in. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities especially for the kiddo's pool and slides. Environment is clean.👍 Will be back for sure.

總結：值得推薦。
Jpark裡面設施很多，可以先去玩滑水道、跳海、獨木舟、再拿個泳圈去圓環水道放漂休息一下，接著去水中酒吧聊聊天游泳玩排球，整體娛樂是很足的。
位置：Jpark出口是市區，對面就有韓式餐廳、日式餐廳，及一般生活用品店，叫車也很便利，不用額外加錢。
餐點：費用偏高。味道不錯，不過兩人一餐都是1300左右。（但是門口有吞人氣跟韓國餐廳，你懂的）
房間：全地毯！踩起來很舒服，房間備品很齊全，有吹風機（放在電視櫃），空調也好（不吵，溫度保持很好）。缺點1：房間熱水是限時段的！07~09；18~21，這是不合理的，客人什麼時後要回房沖熱水澡，應該是自由的…
缺點2：房間走廊的燈是19：00才開，這導致18：00開始整個梯廳全黑…這樣有點危險
缺點3：床頭燈會隨著壓床而閃爍…這可能是某種情趣，不過我認為它是壞了

This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening.
Just a few concerning points:
-The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature
- They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe.
-Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used
-Wave pool was closed
I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken.
-The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes
All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.
