It’s a very aged hotel but the room is huge! Probably 3 times the size of a normal hotel room. The beds were not comfortable though.. 3-5 min walk from souq wafiq metro station

Terrible hotel and room without ac andstuck inside the elevator and the clerks snd front desk very bad and don't response to your complain at all. Terrible experience i think that os6 rnough for Evaluation of this hotel ramada No response of your problem at all

Firstly I confirmed my pick up from the airport with 3 different staff. Each one gave me a different price. I confirmed the evening before my arrival yet no one was there to pick us up. Had to make alternate arrangements and had a deposit not been paid that I would then lose I would have gone to another hotel. Rooms are spacious but nothing else was good. Poor service all round. Had 3 rooms as we were a big family. Tea making facilities but not one room had a teaspoon. Not much better at breakfast. Always had to ask for cutlery and wait 15 minutes and keep asking. Buffet always out of milk. Not enough towels. Towels were not replaced for clean ones even when we asked. Also on arrival my son’s sheets were soiled with blood so had to wait for housekeeping to change them once more at 11 at night. The night before our departure we confirmed and paid for our transfer to the airport. There was a delay and we made it just in time to catch our flight. Charged us QAR300 but the Uber only cost QAR35. Will definitely not be returning to the Ramada. Was our first trip to Doha and the hotel made it a terrible experience.

The overall stay was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff were very helpful pleasant and friendly.. Special thanks to Mr. Abgaw and Ms. Manasa for their professionalism whit excellent service. We will definitely come back soon…

Sadly i had high expectations and they were not met. I had booked a superior room with a pool/city view and clearly this was lost in translation. You would have had to open the window to look vertically down to see the pool and a building opposite was obscuring any 'view'. The management did give me another room but i never saw the pool view. There was not an iron or board in the room and despite a number of requests for one to be sent to my room it took nearly 2 hours. There is little to no modern sockets for USB devicse and the AC was impossible to control. The website also says that there is a bar/pub and 1st floor and if you look at other sites you can see additional lounges/bars on the penthouse floor. I decided to go to them all to have a look and for a drink but sadly they were all closed without explanation. The Ramada Wyndham may seem to be reasonable value but if you compare with other, much better hotels it is tired and a bit rough round the edges. I was supposed to be booked in for a 3 days stay but left after one day and the manager refused to refund the two additional days
