Hotel dekat Pusat kota Boston, Boston

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.  

Kamarnya besar dan dilengkapi dengan kulkas besar dan microwave. Satu-satunya hal yang membuatnya tidak nyaman adalah tempat tidurnya terlalu tinggi. Ada Starbucks di lantai pertama hotel, check-in ada di lantai dua, ada restoran dan minimarket. Layanan resepsionisnya sangat baik dan cepat. Kue khasnya lezat. Kecepatan check-outnya sangat cepat. Uang jaminan dikembalikan dalam hitungan detik. Penyimpanan barang bawaan di lantai pertama gratis. Jika harganya sama dengan Courtyard by Marriott di seberang jalan, maka ini jelas merupakan pilihan terbaik!

Tinggal selama 28 hari di HOTEL ini. Lokasinya bagus, kamarnya luas dan tidak ada yang mengalahkan bagian depan yang HANGAT, MEMBANTU DAN SOPAN, teriakan keras kepada manajer MAM SERENA karena telah berusaha keras hanya untuk membantu saya agar masa menginap saya bebas stres karena saya memiliki masalah dengan kartu kredit saya . Stafnya sangat mudah didekati dan sangat hormat… Saya juga ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Pak MARIO dan Bu ALYSSA kalian melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik… Saya pernah menginap di beberapa hotel Marriott karena saya sering bepergian tetapi satu hal yang membuat hotel ini berbeda dari yang lain adalah mereka memberi Anda voucher 25 dolar yang dapat Anda gunakan untuk membeli makanan dan minuman selamat datang pelengkap yang sangat menyegarkan… Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada beberapa teman saya jika mereka datang ke Boston… ANDA TIDAK AKAN PERNAH SALAH jika Anda check in… Maksud saya mengapa Anda mau menerima lebih sedikit ketika Anda bisa mendapatkan yang TERBAIK Dan itulah MOXY HOTEL BOSTON PUSAT KOTA aku pasti akan kembali ke tempat ini…. Lokasi bagus… makanan enak… nilai uang yang baik dan yang terpenting, pendekatan meja depan yang hangat dan kesediaan untuk membantu TOPS IT ALL…

I highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable

I got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Boston. First of all, the hotel is spotlessly clean — everything from the lobby to the rooms was exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that kept everything neat and fresh throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I especially appreciated their support in handling a delivery I was expecting from Amazon — they went out of their way to make sure I received it smoothly. One of the best features of this hotel is the large parking area right in front of the building. Compared to other hotels in Boston, the parking fee was much more affordable, which made a big difference for me. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel with excellent service and great value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston.

The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off. On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

Lokasinya cukup strategis, dekat dengan Prudential Center dan stasiun kereta bawah tanah, tetapi dipisahkan oleh jalan, sehingga relatif tenang. Fasilitasnya agak tua, tetapi terawat dengan baik. Dari segi lokasi, Marriott dan Sheraton di dekatnya lebih nyaman, tepat di atas pusat perbelanjaan, tetapi mungkin sedikit lebih bising
