"Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. Oh forgot to mention, get a river view room, it's surely worth the price difference."

"I have mixed feelings about this hostel, the location is brilliant close to the station, lots shops bars restaurant closed by, the hostel looks like under some kinds of refurbishment, so the facilities are down to minimum,just a small sitting area next to the reception, nothing else,the workmanship of the refurbishment are terrible , lots new things are broken already ,holes on the wall, broken shower doors, etc. overall if you only want somewhere to sleep, in a good location, then it is ok"

"I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after long days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay for business travelers. "I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Boston. First of all, the hotel is spotlessly clean — everything from the lobby to the rooms was exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that kept everything neat and fresh throughout my stay.
The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I especially appreciated their support in handling a delivery I was expecting from Amazon — they went out of their way to make sure I received it smoothly.
One of the best features of this hotel is the large parking area right in front of the building. Compared to other hotels in Boston, the parking fee was much more affordable, which made a big difference for me.
Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel with excellent service and great value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston."

"Great historic hotel!
Excellent location, about an 18 minutes walk to Boston Common. Great customer service, and check-in was quick and smooth.
Even though the bathroom is shared, I really liked the layout. The toilet, shower, and sink are all in one private space, unlike many hostels where the sink is communal and the toilet and shower are separate. The toilets are constantly cleaned, and the rooms are also very clean and well maintained.
The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the heating and air conditioning work perfectly. The gym is definitely a plus, and the free Halloween candies were a delightful touch!
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

TTamuWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

Terdapat toko binatu Press In Clean di pintu masuk pusat kebugaran tempat Anda dapat mengambil pakaian Anda setiap dua hari sekali. TTamuI got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

TTamuThe hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.
