Holiday Inn Express BOSTON by IHG

nice hotel and bigt room . near to tue shopping , also metro. good deals

Perfect stay for me. I had everything I needed - walking distance to the red line, a shopping center nearby, and laundry area at the basement. Breakfast was enough and the staff was helpful. The only thing I could think of for improvement is the refilling of the vending machines. The one on the 4th floor was sold out and didn't get replenished.

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express Boston! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very relaxing after a long day. I also loved the amenities and the convenient location. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, one of the best breakfast we had! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and comfort! Parking fee was $20, which is not bad at all.

It's was a good place to rest and have some private time with your self and with friends and family. I love it so much🧡

Cleanliness was excellent, front of house really friendly and would definitely use hotel again if in Boston. The hotel is also close to metro Line (Red) and a short hop into the City centre.

Everything was good. Breakfast needs to be improved. Staff were less

Very good stay in the hotel with good breakfast. So far so good with the stay and love it a lot here. Though it is beside the expressway, it is quite quiet too.

The hotel is less than 10min walk from Andrew’s station which is a direct Silver Line 1 bus from airport to this station. Within many outlets like TJ mart, Macy , Marshall , Target, Stop and Shop , Olive Garden and Applebee’s and many other shop. The hotel staffs were friendly. I was there for 11 nights and upon check out, this young gentleman on duty prepare to help waive off our USD$10 airport transfer for my family of 4 . I must also gave a big clap to this lady serving the weekday morning breakfast . I think her name was Melinda , she was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely return if we were to visit Boston again.

I was paying cash at check-in, but was requested to must have a credit card to cover the incidentals and other deposits. I didn't have a credit card at that time, so I was told to must get an authorization from a third-party cardholder. I took more than an hour to get through the ordeal. Ended up $435 from a credit card deposit and $200 cash deposit.
