About a 5-minute walk from Central Station. There are many Korean restaurants nearby, so it’s convenient for Korean visitors. The interior design seems clearly aimed at a younger demographic, showing the brand’s identity. The staff were quite friendly and the facilities were decent. However, there was noticeable noise from the bathroom and between floors, and there was no refrigerator or similar appliances, possibly because cooking in the room is prohibited. The bathroom layout was also a bit unusual. Two sides of the shower area are open, and you have to rely only on a curtain, so water inevitably splashes out, which was somewhat disappointing. I haven’t received my deposit refund yet, but they said it will be refunded soon, so I am waiting.

Hotel Review The hotel’s location is very convenient for reaching the city center, making it ideal for travelers looking for easy access to main attractions. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a good sleeping bed that ensured a restful night. The bathroom was spotless, adding to the comfort of the stay. The staff was polite and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast, however, was quite basic. It worked for a quick meal, with bread and yogurt options, but lacked variety. The only warm item was from an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were overcooked and difficult to peel. One downside was the room lighting, which occasionally flickered and caused minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff and a great location, though the breakfast and lighting could use some improvement.

location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

Have to say the room is okay especially the toilet and shower ,but only one curtain in between is not too pleasant for shower water . Blanket i like -warm and light ,not too big for complicated handling. Surprised me no table no sofa no chair in the room ,and have been told that in case i need i should ask the receiption to change the room -it is the first time to hear .Anyway i went thru … Location is good ,very handy to go to the hbf Dusseldorf ,while there is a lake in front -quite some swans and wild geese /ducks on the water ,very nice to watch them. Only 400m to walk to reach the metro station ,then going to many destinations; From Airport to the hotel ,quite short distance ,by train also possible it you do not have too much luggage. By walking distance also can reac the Japanese Street ,as well the king street … Giving a thumbs up ref to the breakfast - kinds of rolls /bread,cheese ,salad,sausage ,museli,tea,coffee ,yogurt ,whatever you would like to have ,really more than plenty ,and also always seats available ,as the capacity is really big enough ,never will forget this breakfast ! Off course room rate reached the roof but can understand everyone will take this advantage to charge ,as hotel is also some kind of business! Will definitely stay here again for the future ! Recommend you to choose this Holiday Inn -the niu tab Dusseldorf ! Thanks !

So I wouldn't call it a hotel and certainly not a 4 star. It seems that they technically did everything to be called 4 stars without being worthy of 4 stars. I would define it as an office building of (not fancy) origin where instead of offices there are bedrooms. The gym and sauna looked gielo pushed them with force only to be considered to have them. The atmosphere in the building is not that of a hotel. The only good thing there is the breakfast and the view from it. The rooms with comfortable beds and relatively clean but not properly maintained, for example, during our stay, the shower faucet exploded in the middle of the shower, so it caused us a lot of sorrow and a very unpleasant experience. There are no sitting sofas in this place just to rest or relax. You can go up to the restaurant/bar on the 16th floor and sit there, but then you feel like someone who comes to the restaurant and doesn't buy anything, which is a feeling of shame. And their cancellation fee is 90% of the order, so you can't cancel after I realized that I fell into a sting.
