Hotel is being renovated but it was quiet. Our room was new, quiet, clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

The room was not terrible, but I found black hairs in the sink, on the bathroom counter, and on the toilet. The pillow I first used was very smelly.. smelled like sweaty body odor. The staff at the front desk and the lady who took care of breakfast room were all VERY nice.

This place was all around a great place to stay. They have really made some good improvements to the Inn in the past couple of years, and continue to improve. I'd recommend staying here!

To much dust. The water also has a strong smell.
Not enough blankets. The table rack for ironing what stain all over. The facility overall was clean it was just the room.

I booked this hotel as an overnight for a stop off on the way to Ft. Lauderdale, as a friend lives in Lake Placid that were we spending a day with. When I was young I lived in Sebring, and Lake Placid was not that nice. However this hotel is updated, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Room worked well for our needs with two cats. Service was very nice. The breakfast could use some more attention as the coffee was empty and no sausage was made.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and accomodating. For the cost of the room, we would have expected a bit more. There was a large crack under the door that let bugs, light and sound in. There was no coffee pot for the coffee maker to make coffee (which was provided). There were dead bugs on the top of the bed and sheets indicating the room hadn't been used in some time. The clerk did tell us they were doing some upgrades to rooms.

They have good staff. When we checked in and went to the room it smelled like bleach. I didn’t like where the room was located I did not feel comfortable there. But the staff was great in giving us another room. The breakfast wasn’t bad. Also when ******* gives you a total for your stay it should be honored.
