Our friends trip to Lahore is a memorable always good because we live this hotel, the hotel is a great place and a great location and there services are so good and foods already made just like home we all very enjoyed this place and also recommend this

Our stay was very nice and the best thing about this hotel is there staff is very cooperative and friendly it feels like we are living with a family . More over the a**osphere and the environment was very nice even the lobby was very nice and was decorated.

Nice overall a**osphere was nice also and the staff was very cooperative excellent beautiful nice adorable mind-blowing fluffiest pillows were very soft also and the water is also very warm as compared to other hotels and the ambience was nice

My second stay in hotel one tower was like before... The breakfast was good and tasty. Staff is very helpful.. but like always I will recommend Marianna,she is good in all. I come with my family just because of her and her good service. Thank u.

First of all the room was given on the floor where it says no smoking and the whole floor was smell like cigarettes. We ask to change it right away . My wife was almost throw up because of the smell . Secondly room conditions were not good . Service also was bad . I ask for bottle of waters in my room and never received. I don’t like the stay at this hotel . My family also not happy with stay at this hotel.

Staff are very friendly and attentive,food is excellent well presented and genuinely should be given this hotel top awards highly recemneded for this hotel. I wasnt excited for interior but when we reached they maintained everything very professionally the costumer service 24/7 was rewlly quick and efficent i would love to come to stay this hotel again.

I had a great experience with Hotel One tower gulberg lahore. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and relaxing. Washroom need to improve. Receptionist and whole staff was very supportive. Specially Uncle Ashraf is a very nice man.
